If you are planning on going there for a luxury massage please don't cause the mass experience is exceptionally horrible and the moment you step in the room it will give such wierd vibes and definitely not of a proper spa. For females I would strongly suggest not to go there as I felt pretty uncomfortable with the person assigned for my massage and ladies we all know that safety and comfort comes first.

I did my keratin treatment from here. It was a very good experience and the hairstylist here are super nice and friendly. Would totally recommend it.

Very poor service. Staff is not professional and Dont even have even basic etiquette to treat customers nor good stylist are available.dont expect anything great ist just like local shop with old ppl doing bacis cuts which you can get done for 70-100 from outside as the service they provide are also equivalent to shops of such category moreover the person sitting on front desk is always fighting while staff is fully Money minded they will force you to take high price services for no reason
They will also charge you unnecessarily

This was my first time getting a haircut and I loved it! They listen to you and they know what you want. Its amazing. My haircut was done by WASIM and he's great at what he does. Do recommend.

I got the keratin treatment and haircut by WASIM, and he is one of the best hair stylist i have i came across. He was patient and polite, plus did magic on my dead hair. My hair look soo healthy after the treatment. I would recommend him. Good job

The service is gud.irfaan bhiya is vry nice and guide properly.according to the hair.and other staff is vry nice too. But the neg point is Manger monika she use to yell in sallon all over the staff.her behavior towards staff is vry bad.taking appointments but staff is bussy.no management she can handel.just throwing the advertisement of the products on customer. I don't like to listen yelling on staff.we r there for relaxing not for listen her bad behavior towards the staff.staff r working their like u.for money.you and them r same.if u don't respect them they will do the same.

Have been a regular customer for 5 years now. The experience has always been great. Irfan Sir is THE BEST hairdresser in this branch and rest of the services are also good. Cleanliness, staff behavior, sanitization, guidance and everything else is up to mark. Never have I ever had a bad experience here.

Terrible haircut i ever had in my life. Stylist did his worst job. He cut my half hair from front so short and after that blamed my previous stylist for my hairs. Shocked to see my hairs after hair cut from here. Totally terrible experience. Will not recommend this at all. Not worth. Disgusting

Went to get a hair spa done and the experience was terrible! They claim to have highly trained kerastase employess but the staff is not trained and the services are not up to the mark! Time waste & money waste!

Got a haircut from Mr. WASIM today.
THIS PERSON IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. I have been to n number of salons but this was the my first time in Trendz, never experienced such kind of service. The haircut was a complete disaster plus the way he was combing and drying the hair was unbearable. He literally combs the hair like he is doing it on some non-living being. He kept on doing the same thing even after telling him 4-5 times that my hair was getting pulled. Pathetic service by him. Trendz salon really need to closely look into their services and their staff.

My favourite salon since over 10 years! Can blindly trust Waseem anyway! He gives the perfect haircut and turns around how I look. The staff and ambience is brilliant. Strongly recommend everybody to visit and enjoy the experience. 5 starts!

Poor staff management. Rude customer service. No precautions towards covid. Not recommended and sharing photos for other such negative reviews.
Went for haircut. They have standard price as 500/- and then try to complete the haircut in 5 minutes. 3 different staff person attended one haircut. Mr WASIM did the haircut, would rate him ZERO in conduct and behaviour towards a customer or any person for that matter. TOO RUDE. Left the haircut incomplete. 2nd person came for blow drying. 3rd person Mr Irfan came for giving a finish to haircut, who was generous enough to ask if it was satisfactory. One for his conduct.
The store has zero precautions towards covid. One for money spent in building a decent looking salon. Owner is proudy of his brand and vintage. Most of his customers are own family members. Not recommended unless you want a bad salon experience.

I went there to get a French shave done. But the guy ‘Zeeshan Faridi’ did a blunder. Don’t know where his mind was, he had no clue what a French shave is. Take my advice and do not trust this guy or Trendz services.

I was having hairfall because of long hair so I thought of getting a haircut but the barber there told me even if a get a haircut my hairfall will not stop so he suggested me for a keratin treatment and said it will stop it but after the procedure was done he changed his words as I confirmed again that will my hairfall stop then he said he have make my hair soft so that they shouldn't tangle and will help is less breakage hairfall is a different matter. Then he convinced me to buy expected shampoo and conditioner and said if I used any other shampoo my treatment would be waste. So I had to buy it at that time 3 weeks after my hair are more thin and hairfall is increased kind of as my hair have become more thin. Highly disappointed and it hurts to waste your hard earned money and not getting any results after that.: (

Please don't go because they don't know how to cut hairs because I told that guy who was cutting my hairs that let it be long but he did it short

Top hair salon in the vicinity. They provide genuine service and have very trained professionals.

Been there for hair style and hair wash. They made us wait of good 25 30 minutes and when we were following up for the process start they were least bothered and keep on delaying and rather i would say ignoring.then while my patience got over k preferred walking out. Then dis another receptionist asked us to finally wait for 5 minutes and then she wkll have it started. And after that extended time if close to 10 mins.she asked us to ho to their nearby adjoining unisex salon and said that the stylist is free and we can take the services in a min.the salon was hardly 15 steps away from the existing one.we twice checked with her that uf she have them informed.she ensured all is being done.whem ww reaavhed the other salon.they dint even attended us and we felt humiliated amd left. As thwy said.we have to wait for 30 mins for our turn

I am an silver card customer nd they did one of the worst haircut on me. Extremely bad service am i very disappointed. It was biggest mistake of my life to get a membership here worth 7k.

There is a lack of professional i mean this brach is spoiling the name of this brand chain
And also workers for extra help like junior staff for blowdryers are really really unprofessional.

Went for normal waxing and the lady Pinky in the women's section was extremely unprofessional and the salon had very bad hygiene.

Horrible services never go for any hair service I asked for a trim and I was particularl about not to cut my hair short n he cut my hair so short charged me for hair cut instead of trim.

I have started to try this saloon after Hair Villa got sealed. Till been good, but I wish quitter ambience can be made available by saloons soon. Costs being so high these days, these saloons should work towards that.

Just wanted to share highly disappointment at TRENDS BY TEENA. Please don't book, especially, the bridal make up from TRENDS BY TEENA, Owner (Teena) doesn't even know the air brush makeup, she puts lots of foundation by brushes after which it gives patchy look, they charged hell lot of MONEY in advance and were not ready to give me the services accordingly. They are the worst makeup studios in Delhi. They don't have much staff, they take lot of time. I reached too late for my wedding because of their unprofessional staff. They don't have proper trained staff for party makeup. Highly  disappointed. They spoiled my important day.

Will not recommend anyone to go in here. Pathetic staff. Zero knowledge of trend. Trend for them means ruining someone hair. Idiot dumbfucks. Feel like shutting their shop and brun it. They ruin my hair despite telling them that have to go for a party. Poor guys bc
