Worst experience, i had long hair went for a trimming session instead got a pig tail.

Good place unless you unsatisfied with something. I have been there a number of times but the one time I complained about how my hair was being cut, instead to fixing it the hair dresser just walked off midway. She was the owner/wife of the owner so there was no one to hold her accountable.

And then I was not happy so I wanted a redo to be done by my regular hair dresser but the owner refused because according to him if his wife walked off the problem must have been with me.

I was super shocked. The couple is extremely rude and takes any criticism personally instead of problem solving. My hair looks like a fkn nest from the front now thanks to the ‘degree holder’ woman who looked like she was sleeping while cutting the hair. She was also just supposed to trim my ends but I had to get my hair shorter because she cut it in a weird zigzag diagonal from one side.

The other hair dresser is good. I have got my hair cut from him too and didn’t have any complaints.

Got my manicure also done once, staff is sweet but hygiene is not well maintained. The manicure bowls were dirty and there was hair and other dirt in the water, and instead of cleaning that they just asked me to put my hand in it.

Prices are okay.
