We did a one month private tour of southern India with Trinetra Tours. There we 3 couples in our group. We flew into Delhi where we stayed 4 nights to get over our jet lag. We stayed at The Lalit hotel which was wonderful. From Delhi we flew to Hyderabad which we thoroughly enjoyed. Chennai was the next stop which ended up not being one of our favourite places. At this point we met our driver for the next 2 1/2 weeks, Sateesh. Sateesh was amazing and we really bonded with him. If you have a chance you should request him for your private driver. From Chennai we drove and stayed at the following places.

We had a wonderful trip and I thoroughly recommend Trinetra Tours. We had a few hiccups along the way but these things always happen. If I were to do the trip again I would cut out some of the lesser temples. We all got a little templed out by the end.

When we decided to have a winter trip in India and to fulfil our dream, we reached Trinetra via mail. A quick email exchange with their Managing Director Tapas was enough to make us realise that we were
trusting the right people.
Our journey began with the capital of this incredible country, New Delhi: from the Old city to the modernity of the Lotus temple, our guide took us for two days to discover this new culture, always ready to satisfy all our curiosities.
After our stay in New Delhi, we set off in the direction of Jaipur: here we got to the heart of Indian culture in Rajastan by feeding cows, tasting local street food, practising group yoga, taking part in the fervent atmosphere of the morning flower and fruit market.this and much more, including Amber Fort and many
other monuments.
Our third stop was Agra: we were excited to see the Taj Mahal but we were guided also to see other architectural elements that make this small city unique!
The last stop of our journey was Varanasi, India’s most authentic, real and pulsating city, where the Ganges, the holy river, is the main protagonist.

I can only express positivity from Trinetra Tours. They have made my trip to India absolutely incredible and unforgettable. I traveled alone (30 year old female) for 18 days and never felt safer. When we decided to travel to India, we considered many options and I was surprised by the positive comments I read about Trinetra. After visiting their website and getting in touch, it was clear to me that it was something different: personalized, friendly and professional treatment. The organization of the trip was a pleasure, with contributions and advice based on in-depth knowledge of the places to visit and looking out for our interests, with honesty and professionalism. It was easy to organize it like this, with total transparency and flexibility, adapting to the changes we requested at the last minute even during the trip. It is a great company that treats you as if you were unique. The trip itself was wonderful, not only because of the country, which is essential to visit, but also because of the organization that more than fulfilled what was promised and exceeded all our expectations. The services were provided with punctuality, information and cordiality, we were not alone or abandoned for even a second and at all times we felt calm and without worries, just enjoying the trip.
Comfortable transportation, professional drivers and in the case of Ashoc, the one we spent the longest time with, a very special person of great human quality. I really liked the hotels that were recommended to us because of the quality-price ratio, some with a lot of charm, essential for resting on a trip in which we didn't want to miss anything. Even the places they recommended to eat were great. We made almost all the visits with a guide, all of them professional and dedicated and most of them passionate about their work, which gave us a deeper and richer vision of the country.
If anyone reads this review thinking about taking their trip with Trinetra, don't hesitate, I have traveled a lot and it has pleasantly surprised me, it is even better than it seems, from the beginning to the end. Happy and grateful to Mahendra, Parveen, Ashoc, and to all those who have made us enjoy a wonderful country, especially to Mr. Tapas and Mrs. Krishna for their welcome and kindness.

Magnificent experience on our trip to India.
We spent 17 days touring the Golden Triangle and Delhi with friends from Trinetra and it has been an amazing trip.
The first thing to say is that from the first contact with them months ago, first with Tapas, and then also with Mahendra, communication was fluid, easy, they adjusted at all times to the requirements that we made in terms of dates and needs.
But the best was yet to come, which was the perfect organization they have established there. NOT a single day was there any failure. The guides are always punctual and complying with the program; some of them were exceptional. At each arrival at each hotel, a representative of the agency was waiting for us to make check-in easier (in fact we just handed over the passports and signed the register). Our driver Deepak, more than a driver, has been a friend to us and a faithful companion always ready for what we might require.
As for the hotels, practically the majority of them were wonderful charming accommodations. I especially highlight the Ratan Vilas hotel in Jodhpur because it is amazing.
As a detail of how they work, I needed to have a data connection from the first moment on my mobile, and the person who received us at the airport, Parveen, literally lent me a card of hers for the entire trip, to which I reiterate the Thanks again for that detail.
I will return to India without a doubt and surely to other Asian countries, but I also know that I will do it with Trinetra Tours.

My sister and I visited India for the first time and decided to work with Trinetra Tours for our trip. Due to my limited time (8 days), I was only able to do a tour of the northern India portion, but my sister was also able to see the south. We had such an amazing experience and I think that was all due to this fabulous company, who planned every last detail of our trip. We saw all the amazing places India has to offer and really felt immersed in the country's rich culture. All the guides were incredibly knowledgeable and fun to spend time with and Tapas was always accessible to answer any questions and make our vacation a truly memorable one! Tapas also graciously invited us to his home where we met his lovely wife and son, and we enjoyed the evening eating at delicious meal and enjoying some fabulous conversation. We made the best possible decision when choosing to book with Trinetra Tours for our Golden Triangle Trip! My husband and I truly cannot say enough nice things about Trinetra and everyone we met. We decided very last minute to extend a business trip to include sightseeing, and I was nervous for such a big trip being so last minute. I wasn't sure how to plan it, so I entrusted the entire thing to Tapas & his team, and wow did they do a fantastic job! The communication was immediately efficient, plentiful, and warm. I felt like I could ask any questions I wanted and would receive helpful answers, which made choosing our itinerary much less stressful. Tapas made an incredibly detailed, personalized, and within-budget itinerary extremely quickly, and it included SO many amazing things! We had a personal driver with us the entire 6 days of our trip - Rajive was an amazing driver and kept us feeling comfortable and very safe, even in the chaos that is Indian roadways! So impressive. Then we had an English-speaking guide take us around every city - one each for Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. They were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and entertaining, and we appreciated their guidance and experience. The hotels were very comfortable, too. We especially liked the last one - Shapura House in Jaipur - as the building is an old palace and is absolutely gorgeous, plus the rooftop restaurant was really great! Tapas made sure that our itinerary was packed with a million amazing experiences and sights to see, but we liked that every day was only reasonably busy and still easily included breakfast and rest time. We each requested our own additions to the itinerary - an elephant conservation center for me and a food tour + cooking class for my husband - and Tapas easily made it happen! (The food tours and cooking classes were particularly fun - soooo much good food in India!) To top it all off, we had a 4am flight and rather than need to pay for a hotel for that night, Tapas personally invited us to have dinner at his family's house - we had the most fantastic night spending time getting to know him and his wife and son! Such lovely people! We truly felt so well cared for, safe, and completely entertained on this trip of a lifetime! We are from Florida. My family and I always wanted to visit India. We decided that a Golden Triangle Tour would be a great starting point. We had a group of five, including 3 seniors.

After much online research, we contacted no less than five Tour Operators in India. Trinetra Tours responded immediately with a very professional, detailed explanation of how everything works as well as a great itinerary at a very competitive price point.

Right away, we knew we were dealing with a professionally, well run, no nonsense business. They even modified the tour to include two additional stops outside the typical Golden Triangle route that we requested.

Needless to say, we were very nervous about going to a very different country, half way across the world. Our fears turned out to be unfounded.

From the moment we arrived in Delhi, we were promptly greeted at the airport by the rep and driver, ferried to our hotel and checked in. From there onwards, it was pure bliss. Everything went like clockwork. They were so accommodating, courteous and flexible.

Our driver Jyoshi was wonderful and stayed with us the entire trip travelling from Delhi to Mathura, Agra and Jaipur. At each stop, reps met us, checked us in at the pre booked hotels and ensured everything was perfect. The tour guides at all the cities were excellent - very knowledgeable and English speaking.

At every point, they made sure this was OUR vacation. We stopped when we wanted, rested when we were tired, ate when we were hungry. There was never any rush and we could stay longer at some places and skip others as we felt necessary. There were no sad stories from anyone and no pressure for tipping etc. We simply cannot say enough positive things.

After eight wonderful, unbelievably awesome days, our trip was over. The owner of the company, Mr. Tapas Banerjee, made sure he put the final icing on the cake by inviting our party over to his private residence for dinner before our flight out. After dinner and relaxation, we were taken to the airport.

We had such a great time with this operator that we are already planning our next trip to India! We simply cannot say enough good things. We recommend, without any reservation, that you give these guys a try. We promise, you will not be disappointed!

It has been an exciting and memorable time during our holiday in Rajasthan. We could never ask for more. It has been months since my tour with Trinetra; however, I am still in awe with the customer service, attention to detail, and well-planned country-wide tour of India they provided for me. As a young, single female from the United States, I wanted to make sure I found a tour company that would ensure my safety and comfort while traveling in a foreign country.

I reached out to Trinetra and within hours, Tapas responded to my inquiries completely blowing me away with his response. The email was so genuine and personable, I felt like I was speaking to a long-time friend. I noted any questions, concerns, or requests within my inquiry email and Tapas created the most wonderful itinerary. We went back and forth to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the itinerary he created. I couldn’t be more pleased. I did some research on my own, but speaking with Tapas, I was able to get a better understanding of the distance, timing, and “must sees” throughout India. Putting all my worries to ease, I decided to book my very first private solo trip through Trinetra.

Upon booking my trip through Trinetra, they regularly checked in with me to make sure all my flights, passport information, etc.were in order prior to arriving in India. Any questions or requests I had, they always had a solution! International phone? Cough drops? COVID test? Add another tour? Not a problem! I was assigned my own point of contact, Mahendra, who was available to me 24/7 for any questions or needs. Mahendra was fantastic, and again I felt like Mahendra was a long-lost Uncle who took me right under his wing. Mahendra picked me up from the airport in a very clean and air-conditioned private vehicle. I had asked for some cough drops which he had waiting for me in the car. It was truly such a warm and memorable welcome to India.

I visited five different cities throughout India and Trinetra was always in touch. I had a private driver assigned, along with an English-speaking tour guide for each city I visited. Each guide would meet me upon my arrival in each city, get me checked into my hotel, and provide me with a summary itinerary for the planned activities. There was just enough downtime for me to relax or explore on my own, while I also had the perfect length tours to see everything I wanted to see. The itineraries were very flexible as I could add on, shorten, or lengthen my itinerary for any reason. The hotels were fantastic. I was given the option to choose the level of accommodations from the start of the planning process and was not disappointed. Each of the hotels or bed & breakfasts had their own charm, were very clean, and had air conditioning. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I am so pleased with Trinetra and hope to tour with them again. Whether I return to India, or choose to visit another country, I know I am in good hands with Trinetra. The Taj Mahal of Tour Companies!
I have had the pleasure of working with Trinetra since 2017 to facilitate my travel planning. Initially I used them for a trip to India but quickly discovered their reach is global.
I recently returned from Egypt on a privately guided tour set up by Mehendra, my contact at Trinetra. The tour was fabulous and just as I experienced with my trip to India, the trip came off without a hiccup.
I prefer to travel with just one other person, having a private car & personal guides to accompany us during the tour. Trinetra can set this up pretty much anywhere you want to go!
I simply cannot say enough about the exceptional care & personal service that I have received from Trinetra. In this time when exemplary customer service seems so difficult to find, it is comforting to know that a company like Trinetra exists. 4 Days Rishikesh Road Trip
In February 2021 Trinetra Tours organised a road trip to Rishikesh for my small group. We were absolutely satisfied by the service provided. To start with, the booking was made at the very last minute. Inspite of that Trinetra confirmed the tour and provided us with an excellent Toyota Innova Crysta. The driver too was not only skillful, but was a very affable young man. He was very knowledgeable about the route and suggested excellent restaurants where we could have snacks and use clean western style restroom facilities. During our time in Rishikesh he was always available to take us places that he thought we would enjoy. His suggestion of witnessing the evening Aarti on the banks of the Ganga river was a very good suggestion. We enjoyed the ceremony very much. I must confess that we were somewhat awry about hiring a car and driver amidst the pandemic. However, every Covid protocol was followed. There were sanitizers in the car and every time we got out of the car the driver sanitized the seats and the upholstery. Through our the trip the driver wore his mask and also requested that we keep ours on too. Our return was at night, but, we were made to feel very safe as inspite of the late hour there was no rush in his driving. The car was very comfortable and we slept through the journey. We will very strongly recommend Trinetra Tours to anyone seeking a personalised and quality tour services. Travel is enjoyed in our hearts and mind. Trinetra won us over by organising such an immaculate transport service. We will surely use them again.

Our custom planned trip by Trinetra Tours to Turkey in September 2021 was outstanding! Turkey was an amazing country to visit with easy stream-lined arrival and departure assistance.

There was excellent communication from our first inquiries with Trinetra. All emails were promptly answered. Rahul and Tapas listened to what we wanted through our extensive questions and requests and put together the perfect itinerary. They made suggestions and asked relevant questions which were necessary to create a custom tour to fit our interests and budget.

Our accommodations were exactly what we requested and our private guide and driver for 18 days were phenomenal with in-depth knowledge of Turkey. Our vehicle was top of the line in luxury. We always felt safe and secure. We were able to modify our itinerary along the way as we learned what we wanted to see and experience. The Turkish people were generous and kind and quick to help.

We are making plans to visit Southern India in 2022 with Trinetra's superb assistance as they are easy to work with, they truly care about their clients, and are eager to meet our expectations.

Having booked with Trinetra Tours for 2 trips to India that exceeded our expectations we decided to use them again for a trip to the Far East.
Vietnam was our destination and we decided to tour the South. Flying into Siagon, touring the Mekong Delta then catching the ferry from Ha Tien to Phu Quoc for a few days relaxation on the beach before flying back to Siagon.
Again Trinetra came up trumps!
Starting with Rahul who we corresponded with over many months by email to put together our itinerary.
Then once in Vietnam our guides and driver were outstanding, knowledgeable and always on time. We were also very happy with the hotels we had chosen. A real highlight was the Coco Riverside Lodge, Vinh Long - a little glimpse into a more traditional Vietnam after the hustle and bustle of Siagon.
