I have booked my recent trip from Trippacx. It was a round trip from delhi- shimla- manali-delhi. My detailed review as follows

Pros: -
1. From the beginning they are much clear on the package & itinerary of the trip. Detailed doc was their with all details
2. No hidden charges were there.
3. Halima was my POC, she was always available over the phone for any issue. Really appreciate your help.
4. Booked hotels were well maintained & peace one along with well furnished & well maintained bathrooms. (Satyam inn was very good one, but La kailasha cottage was a heaven️).
5. Budget friendly packages

Cons: -
1.it's actually not in the agencies hand, but if the drivers will guide through the travel, that will be helpfull. Sometimes they consider their commission more important rather then helpfulness some time. Sometimes I had to end up with heavy expenditure, but the same item I can get in 1/10 price from another spot.

I went for a honeymoon trip at manali for 5N 6 D. All Arrangement was grt even they made changes in plan if you need any changes, cab driver arranges by them is so great and helpful nature

We are on a shimla manali trip. The only good thing is La Kailasha Cottage's service. We are highly disappointed with the driver. The first driver that was provided to us was really good but he was with us just for 1day from nxt day other driver came for remaining journey. And that's where our tour became a total disaster as all he was worried about was his commission that he gets from different places (and he himself mentioned that). He forced us to go to Atal tunnel which was never a part of our tour due to which we had to go to solang valley in a sharing vehicle with a couple and it resulted into wastage of our time and energy. When we refused to go to Atal tunnel he was like if u have come so far than why are u thinking about money. When we refused that we are with child so we just want to go with our schedule that have been set that moment he tried insulting us in front of others that you are not going coz of the money and he kept on forcing us with other driver and the booking person after constant pressure we said yes. And previous day also he did the same thing when we didn't bought anything from dry fruit shop and shaul factory and literally half of the way he was like u should have bought something why didn't u bought anything everyone buys from here, we didn't liked anything so we didn't bought. His behavior really let us lose our cool but we didn't. The whole trip was for my kid and just coz of the driver the whole trip got ruined. People post the reviews once the trip gets over but we are reviewing while we are on our trip our trip hasn't ended the reason posting it while we are still on our trip is to show that how irritated we are with the driver. Once again I will say highly disappointed.
