Pathetic Service. Mr. Manish Dutta used to call me everyday to buy Travel Leads from Tripshelf and it's been more than a Week I had no response from Tripshelf team after I deposited the Money into their account. When I contacted them, they asked me to Contact Miss Deepti (another team member of Tripshelf). Its been 3 days now she has asked me that she will update my wallet Balance.and No one from Tripshelf is answering my calls today neither Deepti nor Manish or Mallika. Guys whoever the concerned person is, please refund my amount or I am going Legal with it. Your services are very very Poor and I do not wish to continue with Tripshelf anymore. Thanks!

Highly unprofessional and fraudulent staff. They pestered us repeatedly almost everyday for advance, but the moment we paid the advance, they keep distracting us and not giving us our advance back like we asked them to. The reason we are asking for the advance back is because they are not providing us with the services they promised. They are honestly not worthy for even negative stars.

Total fraud company they dont do anything, just connect us to small tour organisations which are not even registered. Packages are wrong on the website they charge much more. Faced many issue in our trip. Worst was at the last day of hotel check out, we came to know that money is not paid for our stay and we were strangled in dubai and were about to face legal action as police had come to hotel. Trif shelf stopped all communication with us and dint even help us out, we somehow arranged for payments near to 1 lakh and came back to India. No refund no nothing, trip shelf are cheaters dont book via them.
