Very bad experience. I am surprised to know that the workers don't even know the problems. I paid 15700 still not got positive results. I went back to local mechanic he did that in 600+100 only 700 rupees. I recommend never go to this place they are only money sucker
Triumph Hyundai Mayapuri is one of the worst service station I have seen in my life, there workmanship and? Quality of work is extremely poor. Don't give your car for service because it will be waste of money.
Location. Very good and easily accessible. Service. 3.5 out of 5. Car wasn't properly cleaned upon service also took more than double the time as agreed and discussed.
Good Place, would have given 5 full stars but I felt that the reception and seating area for customers was a bit cramped, otherwise service was good, vehicle was handed over before the time advisor promised. Also, what I noticed was power outage when I visited this facility, for a service center this large, power back up is essential.

That was my first time to this service center Samara Hyundai. I was looking for a best authrised Hyundai service center which perhaps will be near to my house as got shifted to Delhi south west recently from Jammu. Then after lot of research in this, I shortlisted this one & sure has come out fortunately the best of it's kind. The persons at the service Reception Ms Barkha, Manager Ms Saima & the Enginner subsquently Mr. Manjeet singh concerned were very polite, responsive & committed to their duty. I give them full Mark's in all the activity that has resulted to my customer delight.
Amazing service! Mr. Manjeet is always ready to help out. Book an appointment, try to go during weekday. And things will go as smooth as a baby's bottom.

Worst service and bad management, broken wheel cover and Manager ensured me he will send wheel cover at my home still awaiting, same was informed to their Customer Care Manager Ms Geetanjee Singh She said me she will get back to me and look at this matter, now it is one week no response from their side, even they are not taking calls of customers it happened front of me even i was upset about this and about the same informed their manager. Their manager cooked up the stories and ensured me it will not happen again, whatever happened at least someone from Samara Hyundai Service Mayapuri should take responsibility for rectify my problem, i made perception i will never ever go to samara hyundai service station mayapuri
Worst. Don't even have basic spares like battery for key, wiper blades, using newspapers instead of paper mats after so called washing and above all false promises. And till now no action to resolve issues.
ऊंची दुकान फीन्के पकवान । The worst of the service centres. Too many cars too less time. They will take the whole day and do nothing in the normal serving. No spare parts and will tell you so only after opening your car. Then they will fight with you when you give them a low rating in feedback. Better to go to a known Street side mechanic.
Your response is bordering on pathetic. As if I didn't waste enough time at the workshop explaining to your staff as to what they were upto; which was all very clear- WE DONT CARE! Any thing else you want to know?
Not satisfied with the service. Part were not available for servicing they took 2 months. And new part 2ere having scratches and few of things in my car stopped working
Pathetic customer service.they have uneducated staff.don’t even know how to behave with customers.worst experience ever. I have given my car to them for insurance claim.only for painting 2 doors they have taken 10 days after that also they have used the worst pain quality. I will never take my car here.
If u are having goverment insurance do go at samara.they only give cashless on private insurance policy and not on goverment policy like new india overseas insurance.
Good service from this workshop from free service coupen. But when i choose paid service it is very costly and slso not satisfactory. These price are very high comparidon to multibrand workshop.
Not a good place to service your car, the workers doesn't care if your car is new or old they will drive or move car recklessly. And you will find always your is switched on.
