I recently had an amazing experience at Tumble House in Defence Colony, and I cannot say enough about the incredible support and professionalism of their staff and management.

During my visit, I unfortunately misplaced my bag, which contained all of my personal belongings. Naturally, I was quite distressed about the situation. However, the staff at Tumble House went above and beyond to assist me in finding my bag and ensuring that all my belongings were intact.

Their dedication to customer service was truly exceptional. The sense of urgency and genuine concern they displayed was truly heartwarming.

Not only did they find my bag, but everything inside it was still there, completely intact. I was so relieved and grateful for their efforts.

It's rare to encounter such a level of dedication and care in customer service these days, and Tumble House has truly set the bar high. Their staff and management exemplify what it means to go the extra mile to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of their customers.

In addition to their outstanding service, Tumble House offers a fantastic indoor play center with a wide range of activities that kept my family entertained throughout our visit. The clean and safe environment made it an ideal choice for a fun day out.

Progress isn't always measured on papers. Welcome back Tumble house, amazing renovation.its been 7 years since am associated with this place my child has literally grown up in here. Amazing! A must! This place is very friendly for the kids. Lots of games and the staffs were very much friendly. A place to visit with toddlers.

Always a pleasant experience. The kids also always enjoy it more than other playareas. And the staff is very competent and helpful. Also the security and parking is never a problem there. Even though the lanes are a bit tight.

I booked the venue to celebrate the first birthday of my baby. It was a great experience there and really satisfied with the services. The staff was so polite and dedicated. All the arrangements and decoration was amazing. Food was delicious. Special thanks to the team for such a great job. Tumble House is a good choice for play date with your child. Highly recommended.

Though the staff is good. The madam seated in the front desk is extremely rude. If she is the owner she should be polite in nature. Also how do they expect the kid to enjoy and eat in the same time? (Though they have mentioned but logically it makes no sense) ordering food in the same time is just a trick for you to earn money in the name of the entertainment. Kids take time to eat.coz the food is hot.n also theres only an hour where food and play time needs to be adjusted.with a price of Rs 650 for an hour.overpriced.be a little generous in this tough times for kids atleast. Headsup to the head desk seater.who doesnt care answering little politely. At the end.kids happiness doesnt matter but your business.so.

I had a Play date of my child in Tumble house it was a very great experience the front staff and the girls who are attending the child are very kind and with a smiling face It was very nice our kids had a lot of fun there

Tumble house is very beautiful and the staff there is also good and the owners are also very nice?

The place is good and I have been there earlier also.but this time the staff didis were not proactively taking care of the kids. I had to be with my 2 year old for most of the time

This place experience was very bad. The owners are very rude and not upto our expectations and did so many mistakes on my child's bday with no apology and no concern towards that they spoiled the whole party. Theme which was discussed from past 1 month which was a dragon theme they dint follow instead gave a dinosaur theme and asked us to take it as dragon and in complimentary they said to take photographer as they could not arrange the dragon theme but never handed over photos. A 5 year old child could also see that theme is not dragon and they said dragon to dinosaur which is sad. Also their staff wrote 3 names extra in the entry and expected us to accept it as our guest forcefully. So that they can charge on per head food basis. The experience was so bad that even the owner came to resolve it she was rude and defending her staff. After half and hour of arguments.

Will never recommend this place. Price wise also it was not worth it when they deliver food and place.

Lady on main desk doesn’t know how to behave. If your time for play is over, first they won’t say anything then after 15mins, even if one is having meal, they will charge you for another hour. N make u leave. Even though u hv left with more 45mins. That’s foolish. You are welcoming children and behave so rude in front of their kids.

Wonderful arrangements. Only point they lack in maintaining social distancing and wearing masks as compulsory was missing.rest they are excellent

The place is good for kids but the owner is too rough and rude to talk. She has no sense to talk to customers. Children are not at all wearing masks neither are they asking their parents to wear. When I asked, the owner said your kid can also remove the mask. No sense to talk and helpers inside do not at all worry about your kids. You are yourself responsible for your kid. Just a business minded playway.

Sorry team, I dont agree with your point. In a small area where u are allowing 20 children + 20 parents, it is more prone to catch covid. You may give any justification, the world is well aware how much harmful this covid is. I am just requesting the parents to follow the covid protocols for their kids safety. Running, jumping is too little in that area.there are only swings where kids SHOULD WEAR FACE MASKS.

Activities that kids can do are constructive; unlike the rides and swings, these activities require physical efforts. Although the prices are little high, there must be some discount specifically for a group of 3-4 kids. Overall, nice experience

Its a famous saying let the hair down. For tumble house its must be let the toddler down. Whoa so many activities in every nick and corner. And cleanliness its too notch. I reached from east of delhi. Yeah its worth the time with your lil one. Best wishes to the team

Excellent Place for kids below 10 years of Age.highly Recommended Place in Delhi at Defence Colony.

I called up to enquire about booking time slots. Its showing 20 kids in one slot and each slot is overlapping with 20 more kids. What kind of precautions are being taken I don’t understand with so much crowd. Cheating people by saying 20 kids but actually they are taking 40 kids plus the adults. Along with their own staff too
Very bad experience

I visited today with my friend and there were people inside the cafe when its supposed to be closed for sanitising. The kids enjoyed the playtime but since there were kids inside during sanitising time that means the food area is not being sanitised properly.

Had a very bad experience with tumble house.our timings was 6 to 7 slot but we join late 6.15 so we should come out 7.15 but they didn't allow us for that as they told us to get back by 7 we have other slot.but the most important is kindness which they are not at all. The lady who sit on the gate to enter the kids she was very very rude & irritating. She was not at all understanding the situation my child went for washroom & took 15 min to clean & out as we have to come back by 7 so he took time bcauz he is just 2.10 year age. & that lady was rude on uswhy u are late it's 7.15.so please everyone take care. Don't encourage these people they sit on our heads.we are paying them.for our kids.they are not allowing us free.

Rude staff with too much of attitude. Pls understand you are end of the day dealing with customers and that too kids are your customers, you are being too strict on the timings. Controlling kids behaviour in terms of hunger, wash rooms, Bio calls, behaviour is not controllable at times, hope you are parents too. Pls understand that you are in business because of kids, and there are many more better and cheaper venues available in Delhi/NCR.

Very poor customer service, we came all the way from sarita vihar and the management said that is closed, we said kids is small at least let him play for a while we are ready to pay, the manager bluntly said no its closed, never going to visit this place, instead found a place near to Lajpat Nagar name Funx, very welcoming and professional.

Very nice place to visit. Good for infants and young children. Little expensive, but with good ambiance and good staff.
Girl Staff are very good and caring. You can trust on them while you can have a cup of coffee and let your child play in there. If you are tired, you have a foot massage also, girls are good in there for foot massage.
Over all good experience and nice place to visit if you want your child to relax play games without for you to worrying and let staff take care of your child.

Amazing place to plan your kids birthday party. Food is extremely children friendly. The staff is well trained and look after the kids.

The kids would enjoy the place so much that they wouldn't want to leave after the party gets over.

It's a nice little place that they have made in defence colony! The owners have been able to put a lot of equipments for children to play in a small place and it's actually commendable. The staff is very curious and well trained. Also, the food here is lip smacking and a must try! Indeed a nice place to hang out with your friends and the little ones.

Its a very nice okay area for kids and I have seen kids enjoying here like anything. They have an built-in air purification system which keeps the air clean and pollution free. The cafe is good too with a decent menu. Thy organize bday and kitty parties too.

It's a nice place but restaurant is also included in the cost of the play area n if u spend more time than assigned in restaurant, one needs to pay more

HAD A TERRIBLE TIME.dealing with Theost unsupportive Support staff!
To begin with the place is quite overpriced. 1000 Rs.for weekends.

There's no facility provided inside nothing inclusive of the entry fee.except the play some, not even a tattoo.

Support staff is trained to Say NO for everything a child or a parent asks for!
HAD a bad experience whining and hearing No for every little thing.the staff needs some customer service training badly.

WENT TO TUMBLE HOUSE IN DEFENCE COLONY. THEY CHARGED 600 RS PER HOUR FOR A SINGLE CHILD N EVEN THE MOTHERZ HAD TO WEAR SCOKS SO V BUYED A PAIR FOR 50 RS. MOMZ CAN CHILL IN CAFETARIA WHERE THEY WILL BE CHARGED FOR WHATEVER THEY WILL ORDER. WHAT I FOUND MOST ANNOYING IS WHILE ENTERING THE STAFF NEVER MENTIONED THAT THEY WILL CHARGE US INCASE VLL BE 10 MINS LATE IN CHECKING OUT. TO MY AMAZEMENT THEY CHARGED US 200 RS PER CHILD FOR BEING 8 MINS LATE COZ V WERE PAYING THE BILL AS THE KIDS WERE ALREADY OUT OF THE PLAYING AREA IN 20 MINS. ITZ A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBDY AS KIDS WILL GET BORE HARDLY FOR HALF N HOUR ANYHOW U CAN C THM JUMPING N ROAMING HERE N THERE NOT MORE THEN THAT.

They charge 600/- per hour. Take your socks with you otherwise you have to purchase that from there.

It's a nice place to hangout with kids.and they can arrange birthday party for kids as well. It has a restaurant as well nice food for kids.

Unnecessarily expensive. Staff is also not good. Very rude. Avoid this place. Too crowdy. The manager/owner/receptionist whoever's she was full if attitude.

Awesome place for children to enjoy, play various games and get entertained. There are pentiful games there, which provide the opportunity to children to choose the game they like.
In addition, this place provide several fun activities too for different age groups of children.
There are spacious halls and proper security arrangements for all. With every activity, a guide is available, who demonstrates the activity before start and help even after that.
However, they charge quite high for their services.

Nice place for kids, it's one hour entry for 600 RS. And 1 hour is good enough for covering everything.

Socks is a must have for everyone wants to enter play area.

Good for children and safe as well. But their policies of charging people is stupid. They take time to prepare your meal and then charge you extra for staying over your hourly time. It'll take time to eat which their management, instead of understanding, takes advantage of it.

One of the best places for kids to enjoy a playdate. If your kids are used to playing in indoor play areas then there is a cafe where you can enjoy a nice refreshing cup of coffee with your friends. Do check the rules, if you are new.

Tumble house in located in Defence Colony and one of the favourite places among kids and their parents to party and celebrate their kids birthdays. It is one of the oldest and expensive places for kids activities and has been the same over the years. In my advice they should bring some change in their concept so that this places can be repeated for future events. They are very strict on their timings and slots.

It's a child play area including some slide area, climbing area, jumping area etc etc.
Bad thing about it is that it doesn't have it's own parking space. You'll have to park your car on the side lane only.

We've been two days in a row, early afternoon on weekdays. We are visiting from Seattle, WA USA with two small children who, like me, are not well adjusted to Delhi's heat but need a place to run around before naps. This is the place. It has so many different play areas to run, climb and have fun. We have been to a number of these play areas and this is my favorite. It is super clean. There is a bunch of staff to help and play with your children. There are 4 different slides (even one my 1.5 yo can do on his own, trampolines, blocks, a play kitchen and the coolest places to climb. My 3.5 yo loved the air guns and the twisty slide. My favorite part was the washroom. I have never in seen such a clean washroom in public in Delhi. It was like a five star hotel washroom. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If you need a place for your little ones to get out energy but it is too hot outside come here! We will be back during our next trip.

Amazing place! Ever since it has been renovated I believe It's one of the best options for birthday parties.kids below 12 will adore it

1. Nice play area where kids can enjoy a lot.
2. Staff is good and place is neat and clean.
3. Food is ok in taste.
4. Prices are bit on higher side if you are planning to arrange birthday party. One can get many better options with competitive prices.
5. Parking is not hassle free. It's on one way service road, so bit of traffic jam is always there.

the food at the cafe is also very decent; and its right next to the main play area so ur kid wont have trouble finding you if u r bz having a cup of tea with a nice plate of panini or a bowl of masala maggie.
A couple of massage chairs (paid) also so u can relax while ur little one is busy playing.

A really nice place for the kids, entry is not too expensive either plus one kid and one parent/care taker

The food inside is good too

An indoor playing area at a a very convenient and easily accessible location, defence colony. The playing area has a great ambience. However the charges are exuberant and there is no concession/discount for an additional hour. The owner seems to be little rude and unfriendly.
