Poor delivery and lazy staff. Forgot to deliver the bundle and avoid picking calls from customer.

Hi took service from tumbledry pitam pura.amazingly well.even I little scared of the comment but once I took service from the store thy r amazingly good.the lady who sits the assured me to take service.so I'm take her words n become happy customer.

I hav given my bridal lehnga. For DC it so expensive rather than my feelings with this lehnga is more. Important. But staff name khushi assured me. N taken full guarantee. My husband also understand the way of Drycleaning process. She is gud in her work. And amazing work thy ha dne. I m so so happy with khushi n tumbledry pitampura. Now I'm regular customer of this store. I definitely recommend this store to my relatives also. My bhabi alos taking Service from here also. I stay in harsh vihar

I just want to share my experience with Tumbledry intitally I have face lots of problem but after there is one staff Khushi she is chasing me from so long. So just bcoz of her I took the service. She is so good. Always delivered my clothes on time. I took one package from Pitampura branch.
N do much satisfied. ️

Best in service and hygiene. Excellent in management with supportive customer care service from Tumbledry.

Exceptionally bad service. Delivery was very late and the blanket is still dirty. Neither the complaint is dealt with properly.

Worst services ever.clothes dont even look fresh.still have stains.late delivery.poor cx service as noone really responds and kept giving excuses.never going to use their services again.wish I could rate them 0.if at all there was an option!

I have waited for than 2 weeks for just a simple wash and now they don’t even pick up the call, talked to the customer service and they can’t do anything. I’m so sick of this. Half of the times the white cloths aren’t even washed properly. Uclean is so much better.
