Beautiful place, with beautiful souls studying, teaching and practicing Tibetan Buddhism.

I participated in the 10-day "introduction to Buddhism". As I am coming from a Vipassana meditator's perspective, I can't help but comparing these two types of 10-day retreats.
I found that the "Tushita 10-day introduction to Buddhism" was very focused on religious, ritualistic and historical aspects of Buddhism, and not so much on "walking the path" to become a Buddha by doing analytical meditations, which Vipassana centres focus on extensively.

Beautiful inside and out.the classes are so worth the time and the green space is Alys good to the eyes.

Very peaceful place for meditation. Just few minutes from the busy city area in Delhi, and there you are in a very quiet center. The place is cozy and the Buddhas statues, paintings, the altar and the decorations are really beautiful. And the people are really nice.

Best place for a peaceful meetups and mediation. It been years whenever I come Delhi I visit this place. This is owned on an Old couple who are devotees in Art of living. Lots of love to them!

This place certainly falls in the hidden gems in Delhi and lot of people didn't know about & the amount of good they are bringing to Delhi is just beyond comprehension. All thanks to the wonderful people who works at the centre & all their patrons as well. Everything is done under the guidance of Lama Zopa Rinpoche. It is like a marvel to exist right in the centre of Delhi. It's a very peaceful place, you can learn to meditate here, you can meet great masters, you can listen to lectures, you can be the part of weekly pujas like Tara puja. There is a washroom at this centre. It's in a very peaceful place, it's super nice. It's like super amazing. I would recommend anyone to visit here. Just go to their website & check out what the upcoming events are & you can be part of that. There is no charging fee. But I highly recommend that you make a donation because this centre is entirely run on donations. They are doing a great job. I highly recommend giving a donation but it's like they don't perk you for donation. But it is a good practice. So please go there and you would have a really nice time.

Tushita is always an amazing place to go, this one has a beautiful building and a garden out front.it’s real tranquil.

We went there from 6: 30 pm to 8 pm to meditate in a course
