It was an amazing service at the showroom. Everything was crystal clear and transparent. Specially Ankit over here is so friendly and tells you everything A to Z.it was a great experience got my Apache RR 310 BTO version

One of the worse showroom for customer service. Workers don't have a basic manner even how to talk to their customers. They are just useless. I haven't received any of my documents even after almost 2 months of purchasing my vehicle. Please contact any other show room

Purchased TVS Jupiter on 30th march from Ride TVS but Scooty RC not receive yet. Every time I call they say give us 2 days time or give us 20 mins but not give any solution till date. At the time of purchase they gave all false statements we will provide RC in 20 days but now they are not interesting in providing solution, Worst showroom and worst showroom staff. To all Safdarjung enclave people don't purchase anything from ride tvs if you don't want to waste your time.

Very talented and young guys, Got my Scooter delivered with in 1hr. Loan Process Takes some where around 1/2 hr. The processed my loan without checkbook which is something new for me.

A little cramped with vehicle. But customer service is given importance. Everything seemed good here.

Good customer service but after completing documentation they handover the bike after 1 hour this is very disappointed and they keep saying 5 min 5min
