After sale Service is bad. They not resolve query of customer even not provided the document to customer. Even printer also not working for printing document for providing to customer

Worst service center i have ever seen.uneducated and arrogant staff.service quality is also very poor.its better advice to visit another branch.they are pathetic.
I bought the bike in Feb month in first month bike petrol tank T is defected. When I go service center but issue not resolve properly and after lockdown I again go service center so the sales girl heena help me but the machenic is so work they not done work properly and my bike digitle meter not working properly and horn switch also replace but little issue till date. Nice service experience for first time service. They have been functioning for a long time and have got better with the time. Their managers check the work done by their staff so as to provide good service to customers. But payment is an issue.they don't check correctly before making bill and sometimes cause problem. It should be taken care of. Recommend this place.
Staff behaviour is very poor. After sale service is very bad. I recommend don't purchase any tvs vehicle from this showroom specially. They are not customer friendly.
Very fantastic experience. They provide good service and customer satisfaction. One of them mr. Ansari floor supervisor of service centre help me lot. If I have any problem meet mr. Ansari. I am sure they help you out.
Very poor service and service staff they don't have manner to deal with customer.if there a option to give rating in half star then they deserve that. When i sent my bike for servicing during that time they broke my bike lower plastic body party and next day i saw that i went to the showroom and told them my bike condition they replied we didn't broke anything maybe it was all ready broked.my bike handle was not working correctly i show them they said sir we need to change cornset i said change it. But since morning to evening i was just keep on wondering showroom to home. Home to showroom.that was the worst day for me they ruin my whole Sunday. Even i had to take leave on Monday as well for the same problem so my office had to deduct my salary. Pooor poooor poor guy over there
Bad service vehicle not delivered on given time pay some more money Which is not decided when you drop your vehicle staff is very lazy and not work well
Provide very poor service, I purchased a vehicle on 26 March 2018, and now it's not and bolt are auto removing from vehicle, I went to their workshop for the same, but the don't resolve my issue, and they have totally illiterate staff, they don't know that how to repair vehicle
Bad service. And no work properly. Workshop Manager mostly absent. I call them to note a complaint in my bike apache rtr 200 its only 2 months old and have a battry problem. I call the manager but no work to my complaint. I roam to binsar work shop again and agian. But no work.
Well i had to change my review of the service centre as the behaviour of the employees gets changed when your free service gets over and you have to do a paid service
Time management is very poor as it took more than 5 hours for the bike service. Actual time for service took only an hour but rest of the time was only the waiting time. ️
I would give rating in minus they provide manufacturing products and then there is no service to complaint in written form for proof and systematic actions and more over that they are no even registered consumer forum sites. Dont trust TVS atleast for Apache Series Never ever buy it.
