They are not doing a good job especially one executive his name is Pankaj my scooty battery is faulty that's why many times I'm unable to start my scooty hence I told them twice for change my battery but that person is not replace my battery now warranty is over. This much good work is TVS doing here. Do Not Service your vehicle there.

Frustrating Experience with TVS Entorq Scooty

I bought a TVS Entorq Scooty last month for a trouble-free ride, but I'm deeply disappointed. The self-starter has a defective battery, which is unacceptable for a new vehicle. The service center's response is inconvenient—they won't replace the battery on a Sunday.

As a new TVS customer, I expected better service. I'm frustrated with this experience, and if it's not resolved quickly, I'll share my concerns on social media and review sites to alert others about the issues I've faced.

The staff is quite cooperative. Have been getting my vehicle serviced there since long. The service quality is nice and all original spare parts are available. The mechanic are helpful

They focus only in make a no. Of services done in record not to satisfying the costumer

Pathetic Service center.taken vehicle for repair work for which advisor did not call since morning.when i connected they said work not yet started and it will not be delivered today.

I purchased a new bike TVs Apache rtr 160 2v after 1 day the engine created a lot of noise and then he told me to come to the service center and we resolve the issue but the issue was not resolved after 2 service battry die after 3 service engine sound issue resolved and after sanding many email and and try many calls no support by TVS India the manager of gk TVs is good guy he assured me after that every problem is solve

Visited this service centre almost 4-5 times for my Ntorq Skuty service. In the very beginning it was all good like servicing done on time, quality satisfaction etc.but after 3rd service I had an issue with some body party. That time I realised they're not supportive sometimes. Mechanics here are good but not cooperating sometimes they'll try to manipulate you by giving vague reasons and time constraints. Apart from this, customer waiting rooms are there with TV and newspapers, magazine inside the room for entertainment. If you're thinking of visiting here I suggest you come only when you'll have 3-4 hours of free time otherwise you should avoid visiting this service centre. Feedback system here is so good I mean depending on your feedback the higher management will contact you and listen to your problem carefully and will assure you definitely.

Very low quality service, they don't do good work and never provide on commited time even one day before call. I am Very frausted with them.

I was there for my fourth service and after the service my front brake feels like there is no brakes in the front tire.staff is not copretaive and doesn't listen to the customer

The parts of the vehicle inside the TVS company are very expensive and unnecessarily the service charges are very high looking at the outside.

I would say that you should take a car from another company, because that car will be expensive, but its service will be less, maintenance will be less.

Pathetic service by G K TVS Patpadganj. They people charged 2% extra on card payment. Why as a gaint service center service doesn't meet the customer expectations of mine. I request everyone to not come to this service center.

Nice experience i went to workshop for lock change but i got done my service also. The setting of is good.

I was treated well there. Got my first service of RR 310. There's an AC customer lounge as well, you can sit there and relax. The staff was nice too, I was able to see my bike getting serviced. Overall it was a very good experience for me.

Workshop is good and is located in proper industrial area not in any residencial overcrowded area. Manager is good too. The nuisance is BS4 and BS6 technology for two wheelers, that gives problem too often due to too many sensers being used. Any sensor malfunction or battery issue can render your vehicle useless.

मेरी मजबूरी है कि में वन स्टार दे रहा हू दूसरा कोई विकल्प नहीं है वरना जीरो नम्बर देना चहिए था मिस बीहेव हुआ समय पर काम नही हुआ काम अभी भी अधूरा है बाइक में प्रॉब्लम है बाइक का सेंसर खराब है कोई बदलने को तयार नही है मे क्या करू कहा जाऊ हीरो वालो के पास यामाहा वालो के पास या होंडा वालो के पास?

Everything is good. Men at work are excellent. But the fact is they ask for 2% extra for card payment if you wish to pay via debit/credit card. That's really frustrating somewhere and it is not expected at least

Worst service in delhi, I have serviced my bike yesterday but today gear plate not working and again I went to this gk tvs service they were not reply in good manner and I suggest not go to this service center any one.

Been a proud owner of TVS Apache 200 ABS from last 3 years and preety happy with my apache but whenever it's came to service I am very happy with GK TVs service center and also biggest thanks to Manager Rakesh Kumar jha he is very helpful person and very nice staff cooperative & highly intelligent in there mechanical knowledge also very good I have to given 5/5
