Dear All as per my experience don't by any vehicle from dynamic mene ek n torq sccoty li he jab se li he tab se service center ke hi chakkar kat raha hun I a really frustrated about seriously kya karun kabhi allingnment kabhi shafts kabhi nobs etc etc more parts are defective
N future don't buy any vehicle from dynamic tvs

I had a very bad experience here. I bought iQube S from here and they sold me defective model. They made me sent to the service centre for the repair and now my vehicle is on hold at there which they told me for about 3-4 days.

My iQube was charging at very slow speed from the date of purchase, 1% every 20-25 mins which may take around a day to charge it. I had to charge it for whole day again to visit their centre as they said they will do not anything and I've to bring the vehicle myself to their showroom, even I bought it just the previous day.

Also before selling it they showed me that it's charging there's no other problem with the model. And now I'm stuck because the model is registered under my name and payment is done. And my new electric scooter is still at repairing which will be called refurbished I guess.

My Service experience with dynamic TVS near Jaat chopal is very Bad. On 11-09-23 JC No 33783 was very bad. Even after taking zero depth had paid Rs 2200 for tail lamp panel and Fuel tank cap not opening from key was not resolved. I reccomend not to go with this service centre.

Good staff, I was go there for my bike duplicate number, they just take 5 min. And completed the work

No system maintain in their workshop, People go early to take advantage of first cum first but Dynamic Motors Executive's don't follow these kind of rules. I went yesterday 13.08.2023 at 09.00 a.m in their workshop, my seriol number is 22 but their executive don't entertain me and they made job card of person who comes on number at 26.

Pathetic, unprofessional and cheaters. Duplicate billing and claiming charges for items under warranty. Non compliance of service standards.
In fact, TVS Motors must remove them as their authorised service agents.

Good place and polite behaviour of staff and provide good service and assistance. Must visit TVs showroom for purchase new bike and required good service.

One of the worst places to buy any vehicles. These people are big deceptors wherein they didn't disclose the battery problem for a bs6 scooty before buying. After purchase the battery was replaced 6 times within 4 months of purchase. Please avoid this dealer at all costs.

The job card advicer Sandeep is so rude and pathetic, he don't know how to talk to the customers.
Will your staffs speak disrespectfully if one owns a small vehicle? Shouldn't a small vehicle be brought here for service?
Rude staff (Sandeep) - inhuman behaviour - illtreat customers- use slang words like street thugs. Treated me disrespectfully in a singular way. Here no value for the customers. Substandard service. I have never seen like this worst service station in my life. Showroom will be closed soon due to bad service by having like this worker. Advance wishes for closing ceremony.

Very poor quality of I qube. Total money waste. I bought it on 20 July 2021 and till now I have visited service center around 10-12 times. They don't have the spare parts and keep the vehicle standing for 1-2 months. After taking payment they are not going to adjust anything. Total harrasment!

Went there for number plate, supportive staff and neat and clean office, received number plate on time.

It is a great service centre for TVS. Better Mechanic and best service provide. Manager have good behaviour in terms of service and with customer introduction.

I visited this show room in end of the March to buy Scooty. I purchased TVS Ntorq 125. Scooty is really awesome in all aspects. Showroom experience was quite good.

Service quality is getting degraded slowly in TVS Service center, might be the reason people are not very happy there
