Very very very bad experience worst experience noone is interested in completing the work Specially my advisor was the worst one Mr kamal he didn't even did anything for my vehicle he literally was useless I gave my vehicle at 11am He promised 2: 30 I came at 2 nothing was done vehicle was in same position as before I came at 2 And had to do everything on my own Every step I handled on my own I standed for 3 hrs continuously and got my work completed while the advisor was doing nothing Really the worst dealership at okhla really bad experience wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Everyone has their own attitude of how to not do the work They don't care about customer need or what he is saying they just do what they want to only 2 persona was good the mechanic and the delivery person who handsover the key they helped a lot my advisor did nothing and the biller guy make you wait for 10 minutes while he makes bill for the person sitting and makes you stand

Very pathetic experience with service they don't know how to do ser service and put some small children on workshop who r totally unskilled. I have apache rtr 160 4v first time they tight my clutch plate very much second time they broke my front fender and they don't know if u have some issues with the bike or fuse gone thay don't know how to work and lack of tools little boys are on work which is ridiculous and 2 boys working on one bike and they both are unskilled. Never go this service centre

Bad Experience
I recently had a terrible experience with the service advisor Mukesh and Santosh at TVS iQube. It was a complete nightmare, and I felt compelled to share my disappointing experience.

First of all, Mukesh's customer service skills were appalling. He lacked basic professionalism and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. When I approached him with a problem regarding my iQube scooter, he barely paid attention to what I was saying and seemed more interested in his phone. It was as if he had better things to do than address my concerns.

Furthermore, Santosh, who was supposed to be responsible for spare parts, was equally unhelpful. When I asked about the availability of a specific spare part for my scooter, he gave me vague and evasive answers. It was evident that he either didn't know what he was talking about or simply didn't care about helping me find a solution to my issue.

Overall, my experience with Mukesh and Santosh at TVS iQube service center was extremely disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, indifference to customer concerns, and inability to provide information on spare parts left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected better service from a reputable company like TVS, and I hope they take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve their customer service in the future.

Worst experience every single time I visit for servicing my vehicle Jupiter 125 white color
- Seat lock catchur/ catcher has manufacturing defect since i bought the vehicle. They changed after 1year n above approx 20,000 km of run & multiple complaints. They said compromise either in locking or unlocking of seat. Part cost was 100 rps/-
- I visited on 11 June Sunday for complaint as sound was coming from backside. After 3 hours they can't ruled out the problem & said come on week days as Sunday we have rush.
On 18 June Sunday I went there for same problem at 8.30am my vehicle no was token 25, At 3pm token 80 vehicle was attended by technician & my vehicle was standing outside & they said come on weekdays we are having rush or leave the vehicle it will take time to find out problem.
- On 19 th June Monday they didn't informed me about my vehicle I called them at Evening & they said come in Tuesday morning.
- On 20 th June Tuesday the seat lock was still defected & seat was not locking. They have removed footrest as sound was coming from it. I went to customer care & registered my complaint in written & said them to send me screenshot & complaint no. Which they didn't provided as they said it's for official purpose & given me scanner to file my complaint online.
- It takes them so much time to replace faulty seat lock catcher & finding that footrest is creating sound.
- By the way Ac was not working on both Sunday 11,18 June in waiting room.
- Washing is poor as my vehicle is white everytime they have to wash it twice
- At Feedback call from there side they beg to give 8 out of 10 but seriously I give a big 0 or negative.
- After complaining they assured that it won't happen again. I hope they will understand in future.

I like the ambiance of the service center. In the morning you can visit there from 9 AM till evening 6 PM. They will offer you a coupon for coffee which you can get free from the shop. You can wait in the customer room where the AC is also.

Extremely poor services provided by the staffs here also poor condition vehicle parts attached. I had purchased the Jupiter 125 previously 10 months ago but the condition of battery got damaged and when I went to the service center the are telling me that two days required for battery that he has no any battery at this time. Can tvs explain that he will take two days to bring a battery?

Service centre - Okhla industrial area

It's been 5 months since I got the bike, when I told the sec service that the self is not taking it. And now the kick start of the bike is also not happening. Within 5 months, the head light got fused.what is the advantage of tvs spots

Waiting room of service center is worst no AC is working all area is glass closed. Cooler is inside which creates more humidity, the whole area is boiling for customer, no complaints of customer is entertained.only mr afzal looks caring for their customers, other wise management worst.
Since six months AC of female waiting room is not working and no one is bothering to take care of it.

Maine Sunday ko pick and drop ki service karwayi lekin service sahi nhi ki part ander se hi rubber chor k bahar se fit kar diya aur bolne par koi response nhi bad service and money waist

Ultra Pro machanic are available at this service center i personally visit and observe all things and all stations are devised and every things are happening with rule and all staffs are too much friendly i always visit there

Management is not customer friendly. Provides misleading information while selling AMC but charge exorbitantly saying it is not included in AMC. Charged Rs 500 for labour just for wheel balancing saying not included in amc

Went there a week ago. Crowded place nice gestures of Staff. Waiting room is available with a Free Coffee and tea (fully air Condition.

Very bad experience.unsatisfied service they charge total ₹700 from me for lubricant, nitrogen and t-coating (I don't know what was that)
They told me this is fir "shaining". But there is no shining on bike. Totally unsatisfied service money waste. And my time is also waste. Very bad -1/10

The servicing was good, very quick. Noted down all the problems mentioned but the attention to detail was missing. The biggest minus point is the dry washing, it is not at all done properly. Had to be next to the technician to get it done properly.

Service has a huge space.it can service almost 25-30 vehicle at a time. But the employees are not as such professional.
U can for Clutch wire, they will you throttle cable.
You get it replaced, and ask for Clutch wire again. Now this time he will give 2 throttle cable
Else everything thing is good

They don't care about customers i got so many problems in my scooter like scooter handle is wobbling rare shocker not working properly and when i try to start my scooter either it tack many attempts or won't idle on proper RPM but they never try to resolve them
they just took my scooter for 2 day give it back with problem. And also i need a new petrol tank from past 8 month's

I'm really disappointed from this service I suggest don't go to this service center if you don't want to waste your time and money

Worst management I think service is good but very rush in this service centre and when I call in this service centre for appointment he said sir please come here is easy service when I go to here my no 91 and 110 no go inside because corrupt place and services is good but management lounge area is so good coffee tea available here and air conditioner is also here btw mechanic is professional only management work here btw all of good. And work for online appointment btw every customer time is gem because time is no one give you return.he said sir you free in one hour but my work completed 3 here estimated no problem when this service centre accept limited bike per day when every problem solving this is my personal opinion.

Doing very unfair business, gone for the renewal of Insurance and without my approval they issued a RSA along with the Insurance Policy.

Very bed service I am last 3 years customer of this service center but now they tried like a local services center my experience was very bed of PANKAJ ROHIT VIMAL AND CRM DEPARTMENT all are not doing job good now I left this service center of Okhla
I request to TVS Company pls lock it these people how to served our services.

Overall good experience. Visited 3 times for free servicing of my TVS NTorq 125 cc. Staffs and technician are professional and cooperative but they insist every time to purchase their AMC plans. Only observation/ complaint is that some of the servicing staffs are not experienced enough to handle the servicing and maintenance independently but still allowed to work without any supervisor. This issue must be sorted out by management.
Waiting area is in first floor, snacks and tea are available.

I given scooty 10 april 2021 for claim and tvs Okhla employee not giving my call ans after 80 days i went the service center then i got the scooty. Now scooty not working properly and not replace the party. If i have tata campany insurance with zero dep then why they took 3030 rupees from me. What is zero dep insurance and why i paid to tata insurance company for scooty security. I got hand mate bill which is without tvs company stamp and manager signature. This type work doing tvs Okhla service center employees worst service in tvs

Very bad they don't have any manner how to talk first they said that they have fuel pump after of few minutes they said that they don't have. I think that it is not a service centre it's comedy centre.

My scooty is on claim for 17 days and they promised me to return it in 7 days.
They guys have the worst supporting staff then any other company, they guys are not ready to help a customer when neede the most, they are the worst people u'll ever see.

I have made a huge mistake by choosing OM MOTORS TVS.

Free service main inki cost hoti hai 1170rs
Agar paid service karwayi to inhone to aam janta ko maar hi daalna hai very bad experience om motors

Cheap service ever if do complain about your tvs vichal they force you to come back for improvement but when you visit again they treat your vichal more poorly worst service. Centre I see ever.tvs plzzz improve your service centre quality and if you taking money from customer in lakhs so pls provide good service not like this om service worst service.

Service advisor doesn't pickup phone nor informs you whether service of your bike was completed or not.
I saw customers screaming. Their pickup service is worst.
Better avoid this service center for your own good.
Infrastructure seems to be good however it's the management that might be messing up customers expectations and experience.

Have wait so long to get a bill from billing counter.
They take almost 10-15min for single person to give them bill.

Please dont go there for servicing of your two wheeler. Mechanics not use proper way or tools to tighten rear wheel nut bolt. Executive are not responsible. They offer Express service in 1 hour but actually they take 3 hours with no extra work.works done only 3rd free general service. And dry washing is not done properly.

Service is mediocre. Very long wait time keeping Covid Situation in mind also.
Basic electronics spare parts also not available in my experience.
Looking at its infrastructure expected much much more.

Good staff, especially Sunil bhai, he handled everything very carefully and helped a lot. If it's your first servicing, handover your vehicle to sunil, he'll do the best.

Sales person are good but they have worst service center, after servicing your bike need to visit them multiple times bcs of faulty services.

The service is outstanding and the staff is understanding and polite. Though the service time is little too long.

I have taken a paid service from them, and experienced worst, their job card executive person are just making fool to everyone as adding extra thing in your job card to increase their profit. Also they give token number to vehicle so service will be done in sequence, but they is no sequence followed, only on job card time token number is seen after that, Your vehicle service depends upon to service entry person. So my advice to everyone Better to go little from this and go to better service center then this. Please avoided for your vehicle better life and maintenance. You can get better service station then this. Like pahardganj service (sbrwal)

Technicians are not proper expert, they charge every thing, there was no supply of water in washrooms.

Ok for service but adding unnecessary things without asking after review then they remove otherwise we have to pay for that

After last free servicing of my Tvs Jupiter at om Tvs Service Centre at Okhla Phase II new Delhi earlier free servicing service was done on other centre, back tale light gets unserviceable. My Tvs Jupiter is only one year old. How this happened I don't know. But occurred very bad with me. Hate om Tvs Service Centre at okhla phase 2. Don't buy OM TVS Annually Maintenance card. They make fool after taking AMC. They charge anap snap money for like greasing, oiling, lubricating, clech n breaking, engine elusing. I don't understand what why.

When i visit in 1st time there for service of my Apcache 160 4v FI, it was awsome but when i visit for 2nd time service then after service i felt my bike got down quickly, and again again i raised a complaint there for solving my bike problem but no one is taking interest and again i give them 3rd chance but again i got negativity form there actually i think there is no one expert for service of the bike, and there adviser (Salman) he made my AMC book of Rs. 1500/- i told him if i didn't satisfy by your service so return my money but after he refused that for return my AMC charges actually i don't want to make ACM book of this service center but no one return my money so allover i want to say that if you loves your own bike so never go there for service instead they do service free of cost, because there is no one for service there all people are trainer,

Lack of punctuality in billing staff.staff making jobcard behave very soft before billing and behave like a unknown person after billing.

Very poor servicing. I had got my TVS motorcycle serviced here on September 22,2019. Engine oil has been continuously leaking since then. I am regretting my decision to get my bike serviced here. It is better to get servicing done by a local mechanic instead of wasting money and time here.

Worst service. You all problems can't be solved in single visit you have to visit 2-3 times. They only manage to do service not solving problems.

This is the only service center of TVS company in South Delhi.
All the things are average here.
But if you are new, then they can easy make fool of you by charging more rupees on the useless thing.
They force you to buy additional spare parts from them.
They will say you that if u didn't replace the particular spare part of your vehicle then you will stuck in between your journey.

But Actually the spare part has more tendency to do his work for more span of time.

Best service provider. There waiting hall is superb. Floor managers are so helpful (i specially want to mention Mr. Afjal) all technicians, floor persons are having great dedication tisara thee work you dont need care for your vehicle when they are working on it. Overall awesome.

The service center is ok, easily accessible, but I only found one guy named Shivam who is working professionally otherwise overall I didn't find the service center up to the mark

Customer service is pathetic. They don't treat customer well and don't even listen to their problems.

Servicing time is fast. But they don't take care about the issue which the customer has registered at the time of servicing.

Worst place guys please look any tvs service centre near you don't go to that place your vehicle will be in wrong hands!

Good hardworking staff. One of the best Service centers of TVS in Delhi. Try to avoid Weekends, usually they had 300+ vehicles on weekends, so you can expect that unwilling, hurry behavior. Better opt for week days.

Not providing the best service as a TVS promise when we purchase a bike so I don't like this service centre when I visit this place there is always shouting staffs are available as well as not working properly
