Hi, I am very much satisfied with the treatment suggested for ACNE. During my first visit itself DR. Richa Sharma told that this acne is because of harmonal imbalance and she gave me medicines and skin care products. She patiently heard when I said that i am daily walking 10 kms but not able to loose even 1 kgs. She said the medication she has started for harmonal imbalance will help in lossing weight. I was amazed to see that within 10 days i lost 4 kgs. Can't I am so thankful to Mam. I have seen drastic improvement in my skin.

It was an amazing experience to visit such a clean, hygienic and very well sanitised clinic. At the entrance we were given shoe covers to ensure that we do not bring any unwanted guests in the clinic. Very rare to see such practice in a clinic. Had really high hopes from this clinic based on the reviews. Was utterly disappointed when Dr Tapesh Sharma bluntly told me, "I have other patients to attend to" when I asked him about why my skin is getting these acne. It was a video consultation, how can you say something like that? Please be a little considerate, consultations are meant to provide clarity and I paid for it.

I visited Dr. Richa Sharma. I requested receptionist to have appointment with her only but I wasn't able to reach before 1 PM. I was panicked as I got injury on my face. So I asked them to wait for me and mam waited patiently. From then I have huge respect for her. Her medicines started to show effect next day. Such a sweet and patient doctor with excellence and skills is rare to be seen.

One of the most result giving dermatology and cosmetology clinic in Dwarka, Delhi. Most of the times it's busy because of the great treatments they are having either from medications or from any services, must suggest to take a prior appointment to visit

Took 6-7 sessions of hair reduction. The some of the hair fall after a few days of laser treatment but grow back to normal. It is certainly not what I was committed by the staff. About my birth mark, I took 8-9 session. Took the treatment for over the year but there is 0% improvement, They committed minimum 60% reduction in the birth mark. I spent about one lakh rupees and took multiple sessions but saw there is NO NOTICEABLE RESULTS. Upon telling them that the results were not delivered they gave some irrelevant excuses and asked me to buy more sessions.
I did not take more sessions since it was useless. It was not worth burning anymore money. They are highly business minded people who are just trying to make money by hook and crook. They tell you that they will give you discounts on their services if you refer them to your friends and are constantly trying to sell you more sessions. I wasted hard earned one lakh rupees, I would suggest others not to.

THE BEST dermatologist I have ever met. Very polite, understanding, always ready to help and gives the best skincare advice. Bad for hair treatment. Instead of improving hair quality and strength, the hair fall got increased like anything. The doctor seems to apply common treatment to all patients irrespective of their hair texture, hair quality and need.

I think it is among the best skin clinic in city. Dr.is very professional. Will listen to your problem, your understanding of the problem and your concerns with the problem and then suggest you the root cause of it and what you should or should not do.

I went for the acne scar treatment. The wonderful treatment left me with even more scars.

It seemed like a sham to me and the practitioner seemed naive. I was advised microdermabrasion for acne scar without thoroughly examining my skin type which led to a reaction leaving more scars on my skin.

Today I’ll share my experience with twacha here, I visited twacha last month for my face skin treatment as I had lot of scars and redness, we immediately started with few treatments along with some antibiotics and daily face care routine. I’m so happy to share that my skin has become glowing scar free and the most important thing where I was using 2to 3 pump of foundation to cover my face now only with half a pump with foundation I do my base.

I recently got the MNRF and IPULSE treatment done at Twacha to reduce the depression on my cheeks and redness on my face. Dr. Richa had wrote a prescription for the face pimples and the medicine reacted badly. Tried to reach her in morning and she reverted back in afternoon and convinced that she would tell some medicines to cure the reaction on face.it has been two days since i am waiting for her reply.

Dr Richa is highly experienced doctor. She is very focused, polite and disciplined. She cares to her patients. Clinic is very well equiped with all the latest technologies. I visited her for my chronic skin infection which was hurting me a lot and I had changed multiple Drs form allopathy to homeopathy with zero result. But Dr Richa Sharma provided me the best treatment and i started getting relief within 2 weeks. Their clinic staff is also very helpful in dealing with patients.

As you yourself mentioned in your reply that only after the 3rd sitting because I complained about it and I did shout at the staff because my skin got worse your doctor thought that she should see me because I was litreally shouting

My experience was not good. The products that they have given me has made my problem even worse.

I was so happy and satisfied with their staff and the services they provide. I got my laser hair removal from here and was extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended!

I have gone through many chemical peels, black peel, and in the end they told me to go through CIT it will definitely help me out instead of that after 4th CIT my skin get worse and my face was dull full of pimples.
The thing that bothers me was when I was complaining about that they were focusing on my 5th CIT.
My personal experience was very bad.
They do not bother about my concern.

Dr richa just gave me accutane and face wash and oitmen even after knowing that I'm facing this acne issues since last 5 years.
In first appointment face got even worse
Skin became more oily
More pimple and marks
Face is covered with hurting pimples
. A 10 mg accutane won't work obviously.any dermat will know that.and I still laugh on how she said "these tablets are going to make your face very dry". It's even more oily now.worst ever experience.now they will claim I didn't go for second appointment.why would I go. I'm not going to waste my another 1000 rs just to ask why it didn't work in first time.
Never ever go to this clinic ever.

Doctor is money minded. She didn’t even listen to me. She was very eager to recommend me some of her treatment. She was not able to detect my problem, visit dr Nivedita dadu instead.

Doctors are good and staff is also good. I visited for laser therapy and in one sitting I could see the difference.

Doc is good, overpriced. But gives on dot medicines rather then generic ones prescribed by other docs. Have a in-house chemist is advantage.
