Twinkle Yoga Center

I was struggling with PCOD for more than 10 year. Nothing helped me better than Twinkle ma’am’s yoga classes. I lost around 6-7 kgs along with alot of inches. Not only weight, my cycle got regular after ages. I have cured my PCOD without any medication. Just yoga. Can’t thank ma’am enough for all the help she has always provided.

Twinkle yoga center is highly recommended place for yoga. Teacher of the center Mrs Twinkle is very dedicated and fantastic teacher. She has full knowledge about yoga. She makes u do according to your body needs. Or say according to your level.
I have been with her from so many yrs. I find a noticeable difference in my body. I feel very energetic and recharged after my session.

Twinkle ma'am is a very good & professional instructor I had ever seen in my life. I had started with ostopenia few months back & was not able to walk properly, doctor's told me to do complete bed rest but after joining Twinkle ma'am's classes, I can walk properly & do jumping also now with no pain killers in my life in a span of 10-15 days only.
