Very very disappointed with the packaging you can see all the mash ……………. Now never ever i am going to order

I have been to Barbeque Nation on several occasions earlier over the last 15 years.

But what disappointed me this time was the guy at the reception was more interested in entertaining guest who had reserved a table whether they will come or not, than the guest who had actually come to the restaurant. I won't say that he was wrong as he would have acted on the advice of the management. But on the guy's advice we waited for half an hour, but still then we were not given a table despite almost a good number of tables weren't even occupied at 10 pm. Such an attitude or situation never happened to me even in 5 star restaurant in India or abroad. So decided to go to Barbeque Castle who accommodated us despite having so many guests and also treated us with delicacies same or even better than Barbeque Nation, which only tempted us to visit them again while forgetting Barbeque Nation.

So my advice to Barbeque Nation is that they should learn to entertain guests who have come to their restaurant than entertaining guest who have done reservations for free and would turn up late or never turn up.

I ordered 3 items from UBQ by Barbeque Nation, Janakpuri.
1. Paneer Butter Masala and Dal Makhani Meal x 2
2. Butter Naan (1No) x 3
3. Meals in a Box (Veg) x 1

But food is not adequate. I am not getting Paneer butter masala. Dal Makhani, Paratha (2pc), Brownie with Dips in item 3 Meals in a Box (Veg) x 1, Paneer Butter Masala and Dal Makhani Meal also very less

Pathetic service. No one is picking the call. Order is get to be delivered even after 45 minutes of placing the order while expected delivery time was showing 30 minutes. Ridiculous.

I hv spent so much but it is totally worst the prize and the quantity is so bad and what they mentioned and what u guys deliver is unexpected.there is very small pieces of chicken and the butter chicken is so bad like tast less never gonna order from UBQ too bad.bad experience

We just ordered Chicken tikka and Drumsticks platter from the restaurant. The taste, the portion size and the flavour or the food was amazing. Thank you chef Neeraj for the same. Moreover, I also got complimentary tiny gulab jamuns which tasted yum. Thank you

Worst place i ordered butter chicken very less quantity and yuckiest taste 7 small chicken pieces that too with bone and no flesh. Very bad experience

Quantities for chole and rajma are really good and also got heavy discounts and free delivery when ordered from a particular app

Had ordered BBQ box via Zomato.
The packaging was great.quantity is also good and worth the money we paid.
We enjoyed the meal and they also acknowledged one change in the order at the last moment.

Worth every penny and overall good service.

If you are having guests over or want to have a good fulfilling meal, the BBQ in a Box is the best thing to get! You get 6 snacks, 3 main course items, veg. Pulao, 3 desserts, salad, and salan plus 2 chutneys!

It's just perfect for a family dinner or lunch for that matter.

It's the third time that i have ordered their "Barbeque in a Box".
This box is sufficient for 3 people including 6 starters, 3 desserts and 5 items in the main course.
It costed me 800 for the box, however seeing the quantity, price and taste, it's worth ordering.
Amazed with the packaging also.

I ordered dal makhni.ultimate taste.full of butter.professionally packed and good portion size.a perfect blend. Ubq rocks.

I ordered food from this place for the 1st time. The quality of food wad amazing and quantity was also decent. My family thoroughly enjoyed this ‘Premium veg thali’. Food was fresh, warm and tasty with just the right blend of spices. Packing was top-notch and delivery from zomato was on-time…Definitely a must-try!

It's not a place where you sit and eat. It's there preparation area. So no idea how it looks from the inside

I've never come across a place with better meal options. The non veg thali is amazing (especially the butter chicken). Whenever you're HUNGRY order from here and eat like a monster coz they'll never disappoint you
