The main point is that my valuable memories arrived intact. My father was in India, and couldn't bring a large sack of things that were packed away back for me. We tried for over three weeks to figure out shipment, and finally in desperation, he found a link for ubt through Amazon. He believed that he paid for the shipping on that day, but he was not charged yet. They arrived at the location given, and packed away my things nicely in a sturdy box. Then things got confusing for my father, as I was messaged for payment of the shipping amount. It took over a month of my father trying to understand why he was only now being charged, and he gave up entirely - telling me to forget my parcel. But, I have lived in India. Business is often done a little differently there, and I trusted this company. I sent the payment, and my parcel was dispatched to arrive at my doorstep here in the USA, safe and sound. I don't know who packed my parcel, but it was packed neatly, respectfully, and with care. When I left India, it was under duress, and these were my last precious links with the life that I loved there. My little girl was so excited when the parcel was opened, to reveal her favorite pink stuffed bunny that she had begun to long for. Ubt has one very grateful Indian housewife, and one very grateful tiny customer who danced for hours with the stuffed bunny we had feared was lost. You've done us a great service, and I would not hesitate to recommend ubt to any others who find themselves in need of a trustworthy parcel service.

I used UBT for courier to Australia recently. They provided budget friendly but good services compare to other overpriced courier services. It might take little extra time (a day or 2), but if we get our courier in good prices and condition then little extra time doesn't matters a lot. I am definitely going to use their services again.

Very very bad services, I paid for express and they promised 7 days and it took 14 days, it was a sample and other person got the order as my sample was late, never ever book from them, if you want timely delivery

Originally had given two separate boxes as part of shipment. Both of them were properly packaged. Before scheduling pickup they had told we need to keep shipment boxes packaged & ready.

After taking shipment both boxes were opened & stuff were merged into one box, which they never informed us.

For new box, based on volume calculation it should be 18 kgs but we were charged for 23 kgs. The actual weight of box was 15 kgs. We were charged for extra 5 kgs and after trying to reach support no-one is responding.

I send a parcel with some electronic items to DOHA from India for the first time. I am happy with their reasonable and hassle free service. Within a week my parcel was picked from my home and delivered directly to my daughter's home. Thank you UBT

It was a good decision that we chose you, for our courier delivery outside of India. You helped us by sending the package according to the dates we needed it to reach the destination, which was a month later than we had initially decided. Despite having to store it for more than 20 days at your warehouse, which we had requested for later, you complied to our requests.

One of the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER i every handled in my 34 years of working.my parcel was handed over to UBT on 27th July 2021 and today is 9th September 2021. The same not delivered to consignee nor returned back to me and MOST irritating the UBT Delhi is not answering my query at all. Will give ZERO start to this company

Terrible customer service and also they lost the parcel!

No one calls you back from customer support. No one replies to your emails.

Very delayed and slow and unprofessional service.

I have called maybe 15 times today.

I messaged their number on WhatsApp and no solution too.

I filled in your feedback form like you asked me too and still no feedback.

You tell me that I will receive tracking details and invoice on 15th September and what happens? I receive nothing. It is 17th September today and even today I was told I will receive details + invoice for payment. Guess what? I get nothing.

False promises and statements. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this service. Stay away from UBT if you are sending anything internationally.

UPDATE: They lost the parcel.my experience could not have gotten any worse. Mr. Ashish contacted me finally at the end of Friday 17/09/2021 and informed me the parcel was misplaced and they will take an additional 24-48 hours to find it.

I am lost for words.

The staff is very supportive and professional in dealing with the customer. Specially there is a gentleman named Karan, who infact helped me throughout the process with timely updates and response. I sent the parcel to New Zealand, their service is reliable and speedy. I would recommend and prefer international courier service only through UBT.

No proper communication!
Parcel reached in 4-5 days to the destination as informed by UBT but totally disappointed due to lack of communication.
Parcel picked up and invoice paid for 16 Kg but at the destination country (Belgium) only 8 kg was received via DHL!
There was NO update from UBT for 4 days regarding the unprocessed items which was sorted out at UBT office or somewhere. In the meantime remaining parcel (8kg) reached Belgium and waiting for custom clearance.

I have paid the customs charges by assuming that the whole package had reached (16 kg) but later on the same day, my family received a SMS that they are going to receive a parcel of 8kgs via another courier service from Delhi (Pickrr technologies). I tried to contact UBT again but there was no response. Then I have contacted DHL Belgium to check the package weight and they informed the parcel weight is 8kgs by which time i had paid customs duty.

If the communication from UBT was sent at the right time (before parcel reached belgium), I would have avoided paying huge amount of money (180 EUR) to customs for the items which is not worth the money.
UBT should have given an update about the sent and unsent items to the sender/recipient before sending parcel from India. At this stage itself, I would have cancelled the whole consignment.
I have demanded a refund in email and around 35% of the amount is refunded.
In my case, Customer service is not at all helpful - They never pickup the call once your pickup is scheduled and whenever you call them - You will be informed with "Your number is noted and you will get back a call shortly. "

It is one of the best courier services though it is a bit costly but you can get assured about the delivery of your item and not gonna get stuck into the customs department
I delivered medicines which costed me 5000rs.

You took money, medicines and If we reach call center all you guys say is we will text you in what's app and we keep on try getting in touch but no response. I will attach all what's app screenshots down below.

The worst courier company I have ever dealt with in my life
so we placed order 15days ago and its still in New Delhi, India within their ubt office. I was querying on this and there customer service rep is the worst he disconnected the call every time if we ask questions on the whereabouts of the parcel.so I raised my voice and wrote review so that others don't fall into same trap. Mr Rahul has reached me on the same day at 11: 45 pm during night hours asking and demanding answers why I wrote review and was arguing on it.finally after long conversation he promised he will make sure this will be delivered safely. Now its been 3 weeks no response from them, no answer from Rahul, worst answers and response form call center agents they literally keep shouting on us.these are medicines and its for emergency purpose, these ubt are playing with us and our money.they are delaying and not responding just because I wrote review and I was asking with him on how can he reach me out of business hours.ridiculous service honestly disappointed

ALERT: Stay away from this company; do not trust them!

Please stay away from this company for any international courier, especially for medicines, as it is a complete scam! These people have no expertise or intention to ship your parcel once they get paid. I had a really horrible experience trying to ship medicines from India to US for my parents. It’s been more than 3 months since we paid the shipping fees and got the medicines delivered to their address in Delhi and so far we have only received false promises from multiple people at this irresponsible company.

Few reasons why you should not trust them
a) Dishonest communication: on multiple occasions they lied to me on the whatsaap call about shipping, why my parcel was stuck etc. All they care about is shipping fees for which they will certainly over charge you
b) Completely disorganized: these people have no process, checklist of documents they need. Every day they will ask you for one additional document with the clear intention to delay or not ship at all. For e.g, they provided me with two different tracking numbers; random people will ask for different document. Utter chaos! -
c) lack of experience: not sure how long they have been in business but seems they are inexperienced in resolving issues with fedex or customs. Btw the medicines I was trying to ship were basic meds (blood pressure, diabetes etc)

Please do yourself a favor and not rely on these people for your medicine courier. Go directly to fedex or explore other options. These people are completely incapable!

They took the parcel from our house on 28 Jul. Whilst the delivery was promised with 4 to 9 working days, it reached the destination in USA only on 12 Aug. Plus, the worst is that some of the items that we sent in the parcel are missing. UBT has opened the package in their office is apparent from the fresh packing list which they made at their end. They have neither returned the items to us nor are compensating us for the same, despite requesting them several time on phone as well as by email. I will think twice before I send anything again not recommend

K and the pickup from hyderabad happened through their 3rd party agent who didnt even give me any travking details and it took 2complete weeks for the order to reach Delhi from where it is routed to destination. The response from the customer team is ZERO and no tracking details which made my life horrible for 2weeks. Horrible experience Never believe in them
