UClean Laundry Dry Cleaning Shoe Cleaning

Poor experience. Please never never go with UClean for dryclean.
I gave Gave 3 jackets & other clothes for dryclean. They assure me that we will wash your jackets separately from my other clothes. But they washed my jackets & clothes jointly with clothes of any other person and there were a pen in that person clothes.
Resulting, there were pen Ink stains on my jackets & all the clothes when i received my clothes.
See a photo of 1st jacket with a huge spot of ink, which will never be removed. In the 2nd photo of another jacket, you see its faded and original color of jackets gone as they use hard chemicals to remove ink stains. My 3 new (bought on 6-01-2024) jackets become unusable. I can not post all images. These 2 are only demo. Ink spreads on every part of jackets and clothes badly.

They made big hole on all my cotton cloths.and argued with me that it's not their fault that it got teared in machine.bad service, bad experience

Don’t at all consider this laundry. They spoiled my T-shirt and arguing like they have done nothing.

Call from sny area in Delhi n their team will say ' pick-up & drop service is not available in ur area'. This is amazing.

Fraud laundry service. Run by an old lady who thinks she's in control but her workers run it their own way. The shop is so small, they end up losing stuff all the time. I mean what do you get by fooling people like this?

Extremely bad service. They misplaced my half of the clothes.
They didn't feel sorry for their mistakes and charged entire amount.

Not recommended!

I don't ever review anything on maps but i must do this as part of my duty, extremely unprofessional behaviour of ORN branch guys, they would charge on kg basis but if you carry fewer clothes even if they are heavy they turn to retail basis with rates going as high as Rs 40 per cloth that too without iron. There is a difference between earning profits and looting people. Sad to see this. Exploiting students of their money.

They did not deliver my complete laundery, when i called and asked they said "yes sir hai leke jao" and when I went they could not find my Addidas tracksuit. I even gave them time to look, but they said we don't have! The quality of cleaning is also poor
