UCO Bank

The bank is way behind from its competitor govt.banks,
Even if you book FD online, you have to walk-in branch to fill nomination form,
Staff here is new and co-operative but they can't do much because banks's core IT system is redundant and server is always down,
Usually only one counter is operational with computer system,
Seating chairs are not available infront of counters but only available at waiting area, You have to stand at counters which is pathetic!

I am struggling to Solve my atm card issue from last 90 days. They don't do anything I am giving solution to my problem but the also unable to resolve.
I don't know where I have to contact.
No response to my call
And no coperate in home branch Uttam Nagar
Worst service from all indian bank

Very poor service female cashier is too slow wark. I arrived at the 2: 04 PM she said No any wark I am doing lunch. I don't know what is name of her.

Worst bank ss they even do not tell the customers what all documents are exactly needed for the account opening. They will tell it in installments when customer will visit they will only tell about few documents. And when customer will visit second time with those documents they will say ohh there are some another documents also that are needed. Myself visited 3 times but still i am not able to open the account. And staff specially the ladies that sit in the left bay they speak so much rudely with the customer as if we are some illiterate people. The service is litterally poor. When we go for deposit some money that lady do not have manners at all that how to ask the customer to give the notes in right manner. She is just shouting that why the notes are not in correct manner.

Worst bank I have ever seen in my life.they are not resolving any problem.
If you have any problem then they will say come tomorrow.and later on.don't opn here account

Overall very nice bank branche.crowd is also very less only need to be more fast in their services. Staffs are supportive at any point specially a ladies employee. ATM services needs improvement in terms of cash availability. Otherwise cleanliness also good in this bank.
