Foolish staff and service, I applied for schengen visa through them for my family holidays. I did all the documents check. They were out and out after collecting there fees. Don t Trust Them. I had to shout to get my work done.dont work with them.

Very upset with this agency. I approached them to verify my daughter's Italy study visa documents. I paid them 5000 and trust me it just went to the hell. My daughter has arranged all the documents by herself, we just wanted someone professional to recheck them and tell if something is missing. But Ms Geet and Rounak didn't informed us about the mandatory travel insurance. We purchased it at the visa office and this procedure created a lot of problem and wasted our time. Also the only document provided by them which was a cover letter was not in the appropriate format and my daughter had to rewrite it at the application center. I just want to ask a simple question, if you guys are an expert in Italy visa, didn't you guys know about the documents. After checking our documents thrice didn't you guys realize that an important document is missing. Also when we confronted them, instead of apologizing they blamed us. I request you all to not to take any consultation from this agency

The worst visa application company you can ever have. They will charge you with the best possible prices but the services are worst. Considering myself to be a government employee with NOC from GOI and with more than sufficient balance in the account, with there services my visa got rejected within 1 day of application.
Please do the needful yourself but never use their services. Worst company and worst employees i.e. Deepika, Jeevanand, Ritika and Aman.

Worst service ever, took advance and then not picking up calls. It's a scam. Stay away from this. No responsibility specially vijay and prerna there these are looters of money. You can't be happy longer looting people hard earned money.

This is a very good agency for Visa. The behavior of their employees is also very good. Our visa to Australia was canceled once, then we went to them and applied on priority basis and got approval within 2 days and my overall experience was very good with UDAAN.
