The best service from this honda service center and the management is really corporative and well behaved as they resolved my issue in time

One of the worst service centre i have ever seen
They didn't do anything on time, they always make an excuses that yours work will done by next week but nothing happens

Extremely unprofessional, rude, abusive behaviour from the mechanic. Had a simple request of getting an authentic Honda mechanic to help me start my scooty and take it to the service center for servicing. Such impolite behaviour

They had a great bike and scooty services. The staff is very good they prioritise their customers especially Mr. Gopal, he did an amazing job.

Very worst service. Denied to some work also told to customer do this work from outside of workshop. Then i am told him last time done this job from here why you denied this time. Then the are start looting and charge extre when i am ask for extra charge then he told me my staff westing his time form your work. Seriously staff is doing my personal work?

Considering the reviews here, I was hesitant to visit this place but my experience was good. The process was smooth and easy going and the service was completed in about 45 minutes. So, consider giving this place a chance before building up an opinion on posted reviews

Service engineer is not genuine, He is more concentrate in his incentive which he got through the annual maintenanace contract! He is not giving information correctly! Not willing to talk about it! Unnecessarly taking (stole?) money from customer! Worst service centre!

Worst experience
The manager know only how to increase the money I pay 4000 rupee & service is worst not a single serving is done. I tell them check breaks they not done not check also I ride yesterday a complete day pick up is lower as compared before service the bike is vibrating not well aliment is check.
I suggest everyone not go there for service the feedback is very bad.

Poor knowledge of Service Advisor even they are not taking any test drive but advising for changing mostly parts of vehicles.

Worst experience here, this service centre is not good, manager itself is very rude, after service of your vehicle you have to look closely and check because problem are still there, washing of vehicals is not good here, you can find the dirt under your bike, they will never clean that.

Worst services done. Never go to them. They will charge unnecessary money and even your work will not be done.

Customer is given the last priority here following up with service center for some part of hornet bike since last one month but didn't get the required part. Even they have part but not able to find it in their store. After so many calls and visits they not able to provide parts. Zero rating for customer satisfaction here. Waited for more than a month.

Very poor service they are providing to their customers. I can't believe how they can serve the customer like this. I am very disappointed with their dealing towards the customer. I went there for buying engine oil for my bike (HONDA). I waited around 45 minutes there and they told me they are not giving engine oils to outsiders. I thought if I am buying engine oil or any other parts for my bike I am giving money and it's good for honda. Probably the parts are for selling. Why they can't sale to outsiders? This is the one of the worst showroom I have seen. And the main thing is that there is one manager he is an unprofessional guy. I don't like his attitude towards the customer. How those people can become manager of an highly professional companies. Shame of you Honda

The they do not have any card or UPI payment option they are accepting only cash like Local kirana shops.

The worst ever Honda service center I ever came across. They don't have enough knowledge, neither they have availability of spare parts and top of it they are overpriced. The merchanics will try to loot you by telling all the unnecessary stuff which your bike or other two Wheeler will never need. Never ever go to them. Trust me on this.

Worst experience I went for first free servise of my activa 125 they just making fool.machanic take Scotty for servise inside within 5min he done all servise and instead of oil change he put same oil in my scooty I was standing their only when I asked him they started argue. Floor manager said ok we will open engine of scooty when I asked him to check proper.after the washing they just clean scooty by cloth and said they have already polished scooty when they wash.really worst experience.machanic name I will disclose soon.

Disappointed. Did the billing but forgot to finish some work. Had to wait for another 40 minutes after billing. Also no wash even on first servicing

Worst experience I ever have seen, time consuming workshop, fully Juggadpanthi, not have professional mechanics, all are looting customers.

Only good for people who are foolish enough to give their money here. These guys have enough money coming, they dont care about anything else. Service only means cleaning of vehicle and any repairs/replacement will jot be done. This is second experience here in 6 months, same things repeated with 1500+ expenses. Better do it via local mechanic with genuine spares. Will be less than half the cost. This is not frustration, a genuine review.

These people are cheaters.they will charge for jobs that they do not do and charge for spares and do not replace

Very bad experience.agar ap yaha free service karwane aaoge toh very bad h.aager apka bill 2thousand se upper hua toh apka kaam jaldi ho jyga.or ager apka bill below 1000 hua toh it will take 5 hours.
