Sales persons are not much attentive at the same time giving providing very less value incase of any exchange.

Worst showroom. People dont have any courtesy over there. Especially the gaurd. No respect for the customers at all. Buy from anywhere but not here.

The staff is in no mood to offer there services to the customer what exactly they are looking for or searching for.
The marketing team has to look into the comment in positive manner, and the marketing staff need to go through "Customer Relationship Management "again.

It ok not very good or not bad. They have almost all the honda scooty also they offer test ride. Sales guy are customer friendly. But why 3 star because you have to collect your vehicle no home drop

I entered to uday honda workshop service center.one of emoloyee was standing on desk and he refused to me to take scooty for service and said our washing machine is not good today so.come on monday when i refused to washing than he agree after few hour when i asked my scooty it had gone for washing.why lie.guard staff well managed but one guy who was without uniform he lied to me.such a bad experience.

Worst services, they are only here to sell the vehicles that's it, nobody is responsible for post sale services, the DSA's or the bank persons are not at all good and there schemes will not be valid since your loan finished. They changed the schemes criteria in between only and then customers only suffers, this is the only way to harass the people at the time of deal and after that all waste. Guys this is not the way to sell, what you will do in the future, be responsible for loan schemes. I purchased activa 8 months ago, and took a loan of 1 year, bank person told me that if you have hdfc account, you will have to pay only 11 emi's but now suddenly we called customser care they are saying we don't have any information regarding this and you have to pay 12 months emi.

Am staying in south delhi only and never recommend any family member or any friend to purchase from this showroom.

I am giving one star because it is mandatory for writing a review. I had a very bad experience today. I went for activa service. They were saying that i can collect it in evening only.i told them that i came from so far.i will have to wait.they were saying that they will try to do this asap.i was waiting and waiting.their is number system.my number was 22.i have asked service manager at 12: 20.is it possible that my turn will come before lunch.he was saying that it is not possible as 16-17 number is running.i had no option.i hv to wait.at the same time, i have asked mechanic that which number is running then he said 23.i almost loose my temper.then service manager called Ajit (site manager) to handle the situation becuase he was giving permission to go ahead to Job number 23 from his office.he started with his stories to cover the situation. I don't want to write his stories. All was bu*l s*t.i have requested him for his visiting card.surprisingly, he was saying he don't have his visiting card.he was saying if you want.you can file complaint.also, he don't have etiquette how to talk with customer.his voice was so loud.also, becuase i raised question thats why he was saying i m interrupting him.

CLOSING COMMENT- DON'T TRUST THEM IF YOU HAVE TO COME FOR SERVICE OR TRY TO AVOID.
