Management is very greedy and poor! Location is excellent. Lift almost always remains dysfunctional! You have to climb all the way up to 10 floor. Security is poor, anyone can come inside right upto your apartment without being noticed and to top it all, the security and the management doesn't bother adding to the woes!

Location excellent but members infighting. One honest and competent MC can do wonders.
The present management does not have trust and faith of many members.
Some improvement is seen. Government rules are too lenient over defaulters who do not pay for aging lifts putting people at risk

Construction is very poor
All Wal release plaster
Bathroom size is very small

Very poor Quality of construction. All wall crakes.wall and celling putty peels off.bathrooms always have leakage. Non working or horrible working lifts.society park and kids play area just coming to life (,). No trees plante anywhere in the society.poor parking space.no shades.arrogant facility and security staff.you can't get your things fixed even after paying money.

In this society some people are not good because he dont have manners how to talk with their employees and building condition is average

Great architecture one of best layout.
Well maintained and at best location.
No comparison with other nearby Society can be done as the location and architecture are unique. A vibrant society with a good cultural events.
Size of flats is huge with three spacious rooms with attached spacious toilets.
Kitchen is unique with respect to Size and Vastu.
Just two flats on each floor serviced by two lifts. Minimum 2 spacious Balconies while some flats have three also.
All the flats have ample sunlight and 4 way ventilation.
A great place to livein and that too with a harmony and peace.

Location is good but building condition is Average as per my opinion.
