We had a pizza today and its was too yum bread was soft nd crisp equally toasted
Staff was well behaved and greed the customer pleasant

Tried an All Veg cafe after so long. Great option for East Delhi people. Their Wine Glass Pasta is a must have. Baked momos is something unique & different that they are offering.

If we talk about the starters, except for prawns and chicken drums, other items were average. The butter chicken in the main course is good. The desserts are pathetic, be it chocolate mousse or be it fruit custard. However, kulfi was good. Ambience is just like other buffer offering eateries. 2.5 stars food and +0.5 star since the staff was well behaved.

Amazing experience while being there with awesome and yummy food.

One of the worst experience, food was smelly.
We did not eat anything and paid the complete price.
Felt looted.
It was unhygienic, would not recommend to any one.
It is better to eat at road side.

Worst service and food in the city and the staff service is very pethetic before booking they are like very polite and after booking they dont have the food to serve highly overrated restraunt.

UFF. It is a fine dining restaurant. You can have food with 10 plus guests as restaurant have a lot of space to hold. Interior and furniture is good. A nice ambience is provided by restaurant for hanging out with your friends and family. Lighting is decent so the restraunt staff. You will find surprise discount at this place with complimentary food and desserts. Food was good. I don't think it is having wow factor in it's food and beverages. Prices are reasonable although many food item and bevrages weren't serve to us which was there in the menu, but you can ask for any dish or beverage which is not mentioned in menu but is available with them. In a nutshell they to amend there menu card.
I had a great experience dining because there staff has decent level of sophistication in serving food and taking orders which you will not normally find in other restaurants of same level.

Dining at Ultimate Food Factory was nowhere close to our expectations. The staff is polite and friendly. But the food was okay. There is no valet parking available. This would be a problem especially on weekends as you won’t get a place to park your car. Limited quantity of food is served. They were too miser in serving. Menu has extremely limited options. There was hardly anything at the dessert counter. The service was slow and the ambience was average. Food was served in plastic plates. Their standards is much below the services and food provided by their counterparts (like Barbeque Nation or Barbeque Company), but they charge equivalent to them. Hence, it is overpriced also. I will never visit this restaurant again.

Good place, owner is nice and if you go early then you also get early benefits.

Food was above average but not excellent, options are limited and one can easily spend their dinner here.
They also offer space for party or birthday celebrations.

Sad place. They start with stale golgappe. The hot grill is for show only. Mostly served on a platter. Prawns were undercooked. Fish was too stale. I got loose motions the next day. No valet parking. Sweet counter looks bare. The buffet meal was cold. If I'm giving two stars it's because it's empty so no chitter chatter. More peace here.

The food was okay. It was not exceptional. Plus the menu was limited. I didn't get much options in vegetarian starters. The staff was not so much interactive. Overall it was kind of okay experience.

Loved the food, and the dessert was best I've ever had. Delicious. Looking forward to go again. Didn't had a huge variety, but had enough, each and every single dish was awesome. I'd like to mention that I've never had chicken tikka as juicy like they had.

We have visited over there so many times and we have enjoyed the food and warm welcome from their side. The food is very tasty and everytime we go over there we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries they make good arrangements.

3. WRONG DRINKS SELECTION GIVEN INSPITE COMMUNICATING SEVERAL TIMES.
4. VERY FEW ITEMS TO EAT.
5. TEST LESS BETTER TO RESTLESS.
6. STAFFS NOT CAPABLE TO UNDERSTAND.
7. VERY FEW STAFF TO ACCOMPANY.
8. ITEMS ARE ARRIVED AFTER 50 MINUTES. PATHETIC SERVICE.

MORE TO WRITE BUT DOESN'T HAVE WORDS TO EXPLAIN.

BETTER TO FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RATHER THAN MONEY MAKING SATISFACTION.
