This is a very good nursing home.staff & their services are excellent.canteen food is too good.the billing of operation was very reasonable compare to other hospitals.very clean & proper.

I advise not to visit such a hospital where Tradition is to give Care to money and not the Patient. Very greedy management. I visited with cashless policy but they demanded 10k as advance but I objected as we had experience at Chanan Devi Hospital where it became difficult to get advance money back. One of the old doctors advised to take 5k but they did not give respect to their own panel doctor's advice. It happened when I was recommended by a visiting doctor to their hospital. Very disgraceful experience.

Not at all a good place if a patient is suffering from a serious problem. The management will charge you such a higher amount and will not even clear the proper diagnosis of the disease that the patient is suffering.
Keep your hard earned money safe.

I had to bring my mom under emergency condition, the staff was very efficient and comforting especially the ICU ward staff they cared for her like a family member. Thorough & fast diligent treatment made her recovery easy and quick.

A poor and dirty services of this hospital and only make money. They don't treat the patient. They only work for making money. This is a fraud hospital. Please don't go for treatment in this hospital

My mother had a severe pain in her knees and she wasn't able to walk however post Physiotherapy sessions he is able to walk properly. The techniques, procedure and process of treatment was excellent. Thanks to dnpr team

Dr. Usha Arora, the senior and owner of the nursing home is all praise, continuing to serve in her profession with all her simplicity and devotion. We have seen the nursing home rise into a huge big structure over the decades. But she sits today in her same old building in the same old room, with not 1% of change in her attitude towards her patients like me who count her over the years experience and walk in. Unlike those young budding doctors who are all attitude.
Only one request: More stress to be on the existing washroom which is as old. It needs a makeover, should be cleaner and big as the patients coming for treatment, suffer from infections

Visited Dr. Usha Arora for pregnancy termination in the beginning she behaves very politely then later she showed her true colour she started forcing us to wait in hospital and take the medicine which she is having and pay 2000 Rs for 1 visit then she called us after 48 hrs again for another medicine and asked 2000 rs again and then thrice also. But when we questioned and requested her to write medicine name we will have at home she said no I will not write medicine u have to take mine only. Disgusting money maker lady.don't go there she will make you fool. We just ran away from there.amad consult another Dr.and got satisfied treatment.

Worst hospital in Vikas Puri. Pls try to avoid this hospital as possible. They overcharge a lot and unnecessary. They even don't know the treatment. They r running this hospital just for business.

Rakesh fotedar is worst doctor I have seen. He always ask patient to admit in ICU just to make money even if the patient has small stomach infection.
He didn’t do anything. And asked us to pay more than 2 lacs.
Later we need to move my brother to another hospital.

Wrong medicines administered in ICU, 4 types of random antibiotics at once. Unnecessarily gave strong heart medicines for no reasons. Can not handle moderate cases of stomach infection. Use generic technique of just giving saline and multiple antibiotics without understanding the root cause problem.
Money minded.
No patient care.
ICU doctors do not care, they do not even get up from their chairs to look at the patients.
ICU code of conduct not followed.

UK nursing home did not share proper discharge summary, medicine bills nor test, xray, ultrasound reports. Not sure if they conducted the tests or just added it over bill.

Very bad experience with the ICU team. The staff lacks transparency and won't let you know the exact expenses easily. The objective is to extort money. I lost my grandmother due to the harsh treatment. Further, when she passed away they started giving me unnecessary bills for example 15 pairs of gloves in just 1 hour and other petty expenses to fill their pockets.

He is very unprofessional. Do not trust him.

I came with the severe back problem which was somehow making it difficult for me to even walk for a longer duration. After coming at Dr. Nasir’s clinic in UK nursing home, my back pain is relieved. The doctors here are well experienced.

Satisfied by treatment for neck and back pain from Dr Nasir and team.
I was facing severe neck stiffness and tight chest muscles leading to breathing difficulties.
Within 25 days, 80% problem is resolved.
For the remaining pain, the doctors have suggested exercises and stretches at home for a few more weeks.

The most pathetic service I've ever seen, before getting admission I checked with them and TPA team confirmed that they accept my insurance company but as soon as I was hospitalized they came to me and informed that they don't, and during I was hospitalized I did not get the care I was expecting.

Which didnt came down till mid night and he had not slept till 12: 30 AM, as soon as he slept - At 1: 00 AM one of the staff stole his phone. This is seriously hieghts! Stealing a patients phone!

U K Nursing Home, situated in Vikas Puri, Delhi 110018, is built-in a small area and gives a FALSE impression of an Average medical facility.
During last 10 days, two of my family members were ill and had to be brought to U K Nursing home under emergency conditions. At both the times, my family members received the best treatment, from medical point of view. Thanks team U K Nursing home

The worst hospital ever Have seen in my entire life. Just a money making hospital. They don't treat patients health seriously my husband was admitted in this hospital for 3 days and the doctor did is nothing. Now we have to change the hospital. Since 1993 after we shifted to Vikaspuri u k nursing home has been serving dedicatedly Under Dr Aroras supervision and has become the most reputed hospital in Vikaspuri n for nearby areas. The doctors, nursing staff n the attending staff r serving with whole heart n full dedication with soft spokeness.wishing them all the more success forever.

They are lootera, scammer & blood sucking insects, avoid them, I went to emergency for head injury, after instant ct scan via max lab got all clear no internal injury, but still they forcefully admits patient to ICU for making money without any concent, very unprofessional money sucking doctor, avoid them in any condition there charges are like max, blk, fortis & other top hospitals & services are worst than any government hospital

For the first time in my life I actually felt my health and well being was important at a hospital. The staff treated me with respect and I was being information from all steps taken during my stay and all way from the check into my discharge. This is all because of Dr Anil Singh as he manages the hospital very well and treat his patient with utmost care. Also I would like to thanks Dr ritu in emergency, as she was really polite to us and was able to understand my condition and took quick decision.

I am very old patient in this hospital believe me it’s one of the best in Delhi. After gone through dialysis from different hospitals I find it cleanest and pocket friendly treatment. They also consider the tpa policy for treatment and give discounts.

Only the name of UK nursing home is enough. I was admitted recently in deluxe room second floor. I have recovered from my illness just coz of staff and support of de Anil Singh. I personally could not thank them but this review shall reach to them. They are best ever in affordable rates. I am more then happy with the services.

Clean rooms, wonderful staff, educated and experienced doctors team was available for my 3 year old son only in UK nursing home.
