It was a great experience at the store. Very well handled by the staff. Recently purchased iphone And Mr Sukhman Singh ji really helped us unbox and setup the phone.

I had asked them for price of iphone on call and they had said yes there is discount and if you have any more problem come at store and when I visit the store they were very rude towards every one and me also.

Visited today for my data transfer, Meena Kumari was so polite and helped me a lot, thank you so much for best services.

It was a very good experience purchasing the product form Unicorn at Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar and the staff was very helpful.

Pathetic service… first they don’t pick the call and if they pick (by mistake) they will say we will call you back after check thé availability and you will never get a call. Wow

This was my first experience in this Apple store it was amazing all staffs are very cooperative and polite specially Mafiza she helped me in date transfer and guided me with my new phone. In short My experience was wonderful. Thanks to everyone

They are not picking the phone as 8527501616 described here. So pls ask to pick the for customer problem solution. If customer need help related to existing shopping bill from there is no way to contact them

The staff will be cooperative as long as they have to sell the product. After sales service is abysmal. Going to buy directly from apple instead of struggling for finding solutions here. Just because they have a repair centre, does not ensure quality assistance and customer service.one star only.

Ankur from sales team is a gem. Retain him, gave his precious 4 hours to help us create backup from android and save it in apple

I've always been an Apple fan - fan of their customer service, fan of their products, fan of the user experience. Now, I am a fan of a retail flagship store too (which I wasn't ever). Ankur (one of the reps at Unicorn) attended me on the 5th of Nov. I wanted to buy an iPad for my parents, and it wasn't available. Ankur - not only followed up on the availability of the product, but also, went an extra mile to get the iPad from their Gurgaon store and hand delivered to me at home (that too on his weekly off). Made my mum's birthday. The only reason I am here, writing a review is Ankur and his great customer service. We need more Ankurs in all customer service industries.

I would say, it’s nice place to purchase iphones, i got the product i was looking for with good offer. Sales representative “Ankur “ was great at hospitality and helped me through the purchase. Would dedicate star to him

The place is great for apple lovers as it possibly has all the Apple products you want also the staff here is very gentle and helping you won't face any difficulties to know about and purchase a product

Very crowded, people are not taking any precautions for COVID inside and no one from the store is taking any action against them

Generally among the first places to have newly launched apple merchandise on display for demo. Very supportive staff. Keep quite good stock for everything apple.

Pathetic in store experience, customers will not be furnished with complete information. They are just trying to make money.

Very slow and archaic billing process. They took money on their POS machine in 5 seconds and then took ages for billing and packaging.

Too crowded and staff pays less attention. I actually wanted to buy an iPad but then, the way I was left unattended for a while and I had to leave eventually. This is after multiple attempts to reach the staff for my queries. It was my past experience about 4 to 5 months back.

Very very bad experience with uni apple store because they selling me defective iphone12pro within 1 month phone dead, uni service Centre told me not change my phone only repair option why should i take repaired phone vary bad i am not take this phone,

The store should have max to max 2 customers and if the customer is coming with more than one person then accordingly new customers be requested to wait outside the showroom in a line

Worst experience ever wont recommend this to anyone the staff is rude, they cancel out discounts anytime they want dont go there and waste your time

Worst service I have ever received at any apple store, and believe me, being an Apple user for more than the last 14 years, I have been to my fair share of Apple stores. They are a disgrace to Apple Inc. The staff is as rude as they can be. 0/10. Would never recommend. The manager, himself says, anyone can put the cellophane seal on the box, and they have often done it on refurbished phones, trying to sell them as new, and that the seal on the box holds no value to them. I even dropped a mail to Apple Inc.regarding the same.

Went to the Unicorn Apple Store (Pacific Mall) last year in Feb and had a bad experience. Three employees at the store were passing lewd comments and laughing at people entering the store. Pathetic! Apple Store and that too at Pacific Mall attracts a lot of Apple users, but such behavior is intolerable.

I am an Apple user since long, but decided not to buy any Apple product from this specific Apple store @Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar. Guys, teach and train your employees at the store to be attentive and respect people. Thanks!

Pathetic sales representatives you would ever witness. Rude staff and most of the time they are sitting in their inside cabin. No willingness to serve. You cannot expect any after sale service from them. Once they sold a product, their duty is over. Please do not buy anything from them, instead find a better apple store in gurgaon or south delhi side.

A decent apple store in Pacific mall at ground floor. Almost you can get all latest tech launched by apple anytime. A bit bargain may work in yerms of an accessory here but don't do much as its apple and if you are investing in a brand like apple then bargaining doesn't suit you. Hope you know what i mean

Staff is so uncooperative, firstly they will not attend you properly. I was there to buy Apple Pencil & they refused to give it to me saying that it is out of stock & when I said that it is in stock 3 of them are there in their product display. They said they cannot sell that for some personal reasons. I don’t know their personal reasons. First bad experience of apple store in Delhi.please don’t visit the store it is totally waste of time.

I bought the Macbook Air 18 recently, I started facing the issues from its keyboard within 15 to 20 days after buying, I raised the concern to Service center & retail shop. I have not got the proper response, I raised the issues to the Manager of the retail shop for replacement, He took almost 20 days after taking multiple follow-ups he responded, Still he didn't help me, I felt even he did not tried and I noticed one more thing, they all were trying to make me fool and policies were changing person to person, Made call to apple care, That executive tried to convince the retail executive but she denied.

They could not repair my device with error 9. Error 9 was a software issue but they could not repair it and now my device is bricked.

They could not repair my iPhone with iTunes error. They said they cannot repair devices with error 9. Just a simple software error.

I went there for the repair of my macbook pro. They will charge you 2500rs for diagnosis and then let you know what needs to be repaired.

It really sucks as far as professionalism and time lines are considered. I had been told that i will receive my set on a date and leave about infirming me when i went they told me they cant give as they had no information. Even after one week my handset was not with me and they have no clue. They take in advance the payment and when we ask about when will we get they keep on delaying the same.
Just to inform please beware before paying them. They might be taking one month before retrning ur handset.

My experience was very good. Everyone was cooperative with me. The guy who attended me explained everything very well & also given proper service. But the task was time consuming. Better you carry your earphones with you to catch time. I suggest you to go with prior appointment else it will Consume more time. Located on ground floor don't enter inside the mall. Entry is from the back.

Pathetic service, I visited to resolve my issues with my iPhone but heard from staff they can’t help since service center remain closed on Sunday.

Pathetic customer service. It has become another source of getting money out of people. My phone was completely fine except the lock button as it got some issue due to water. Instead of wiping water off or cleaning it so that water can be removed, they said it would cost ₹26000 to get it repaired. I got it cleaned from some random shop in front of me. They just wiped the water and my phone in working fine which costed me 200 bucks.

These iPhone customer service people are sitting there to make money not to help you out. So think twice before you go there because it’s not about money u have or not but YOU ARE BEING CHEATED.

Actually speaking, these people do not deserve even one star, but I don't have any other option. I submitted my phone for 3-4 days here. The response that I got from these people is that we do not find any fault with your device. But i knew that i am not lying so I made a video of the problem that i was facing and showed them. These people then agreed to send my phone to Bangalore. My concern is that these people are destroying the reputation of apple which apple should take seriously. Now the question arises is that are the people over there are really fit to be working as a technician? My answer would be NOT AT ALL. Now i think submitting your phone to them is also a risk as they might indulge in malpractices. I think i apple should seriously look into this and take a strict action on these so called EXECUTIVES. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

The representative lied to me about my accessorie! I went there since my adapter was not working, so when she plugged into her power socket (which i could not see since she reached down to plug it) it was working. So when i went home it was same as before. I feel that she used her own adapter instead of my adapter, otherwise it will be working fine if i try it at home. I never thought apple would make fool out of people. Very unprofessional! Apple being richer than the 3rd world countries and getting a service like this is disgusting. NEVER EXPRECTED THIS AT ALL. Also i would not give a star at all but since it requires in order to give feedback i had to. Otherwise i would not!

Has a perfect system to attend customers. Had my Mac repaired in just 2 days. Overall fast service ;)
