One of the Worst Service.we have Purchased more then 2k online UPS for Pan India, Response time very horrible.first of all Call logging itself they will take 1 month. Think if response time for them one month means resolution?

Great experience. Seems they have really worked on their working mechanisms. I just registered a complaint once at their Toll Free number and they handled it very professionally.
