This is a pathetic bank with such rude and unprofessional employees who are not even updated about their own work & are in a state of paralysis. The staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers & speak like road side vendors.the manager is a good for nothing lady who doesn’t know how to convince her customers or address their queries. She needs to seriously look for another job. Just unfit & irresponsible for this post. Never ever apply for any kind of loans from this branch. I had the worst experience of my life.so think twice guys.

The Branch Head is a very busy and rude person. Branch head says "yaha koi khali nhi hai, yaha kam nhi ho paega". " Staff nhi hai". Branch was hardly dealing with 10 people at that time with a good number of staff. There is a need of a well organized and efficient person to manage this branch. Bad experience.

Horrible service. No follow up or response on any query. Even branch managers don't seem to care about work

ATM always empty or out of work. Passbook printing machine and cash deposit machine out of work.
Opened APY in my name and even deducted premium without even my consent.
