After Sale Service is ZERO
They don’t agree to their commitment and charge fees for every fault even during 1 year warranty period.
And after such agreement, they don’t send their executive even after multiple calls. Totally ignore their customers.

They do never agree to their commitment, they did commit ₹5k for strapping machine gear box, but at the hour they asked for ₹6k.
One who can't honor their commitment ought not to be given business opportunity.
