Fan of uniqlo for last 3 yrs. I used H&M before that. Uniqlo is little more pricy compared to H&M but their quality compensate the price. If u enter H&M after Uniqlo, u might feel like a trash whole with a bunch of fabric.

An ardent uniqlo fan, having shopped through the brand through 2012 since before the brand came to India. No Delhi trip is ever complete without a half day trip spent in uniqlo, yesterday morning was no different since I had a meeting in DLF Gurugram Uniqlo, made a rookie mistake of picking up a trouser as I was checking out from the store. Later in the night, tried the said trouser and it wasn’t a good fit. Today, my day was closer to Ambience Vasant Kunj and decided to just hop into the store for a quick exchange. After picking a few more pieces when I reach the checkout counter I find out that the two stores which are merely few kilometers away DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNAL exchanges. I pleaded, explained my case that how I have a flight to catch the same evening and that I wouldn’t have time to go to the other store for exchange. It was all on deaf years. Their supposed floor manager Siam, their store manager Farhaan and an employee named Pintoo were all extremely incompetent with no want or need to help. I even suggested to send support staff to other store for the said exchange.
Upon further discussion, I found out that this is a persistent problem and every other customer has faced this. But uniqlo India refuses to find a solution to this and doesn’t wish to serve their customers better. Up until now I could call myself a proud ambassador of Uniqlo products but not anymore.

A good place for apparel in Ambience mall Vasant kunj. The outlet has three storyes for men women and children. Goods are good but seem to be rather costly

Simply amazing. Great quality and design in affordable price. It's a Tokyo based brand renowned for ultra down Jackets. The only thing missing was the availability of limited sizes only in skirts and trousers.

I purchased a down feather jacket cost 6000.
Famous for there super warm inner wear warmers.
1set of warmer ranges 2000-4000.
Also muffler, caps, etc are available.
Satisfied with the jacket.
But Don't expect to go out in 4 degree temp wearing just a jacket. They are costly bcz of the finish quality. Fabric quality as well.

Sale prices on drape pants are misleading. Check out counters are chaotic. Otherwise, prices are good and selection is ample.

So happy to have it in India. The heathen thermal are excellent. About the store.well it's a bit disorganized and staff not too helpful. They should have separate kids women& men sections. And the sale counter just pops out anywhere with just any item. Needs organization. 2 stars less only for the misorganised store.

New Japanese store @ambience mall. Those who love Japanese clothing and fashion need to be there. It is a big hit these days for winter wear @ very low prices. Avoid going there on weekends as it is heavily crowded.

Bought some warmers from this place uniclo extra warm, so thin and easy to wear, its body hugging and very soft.

A perfect fit for every age categories with light and comfy winter clothes, the thermal clothes are worth buying. And there's a comic printer for your personal choices.

I love Uniqlo so much. They have the best winter clothing with amazing fits as well as warm. They also have tshirts of original UTGP Pokemon, and that is so awesome. For thise who watch anime, they also have maloti shinkai collection as well as other animes. It was amazing. Really a must go place. Love You Uniqlo. Keep the good Work Up! My go to place for shopping. Finally i don't have to wait for abroad now that Uniqlo is here in India with lot of range. Best lifestyle wear, great quality, minimalist designs, lovely colours

This is a Japanese clothing brand opened with huge space across three floors at Ambience mall vasant kunj.
The prices are on the moderately higher side, like Tshirts around 1k, shirts 2k, trouser 3k, jackets 5k around.
Though personally I didn't like the fittings as I like slim fit and they have mostly loose, relax and round baggy kind of fit, material are though good. I prefer zara and h&m over it.

A bit more expensive than their stores in other countries, but the same great stuff. And the discounts were pretty good.

Had a terrible experience here, took clothing worth 10,690 INR. There was size discrepancy for one kid trouser and to exchange the size, i visited the store again on 20th November. Unfortunately I lost the paper bill but i provided them with all the details they wanted like date of purchase, total amount, details of transaction, floor and counter for the payment etc.
This time I came with my kids so that exact size can be purchased. I was made to wait for an hour and the behaviour of the staff over there was absolutely disgusting. My husband has shown them the transaction details and the other details we have been asked for. During the entire duration we were questioned and blamed repeatedly.

Spacious store. Spread across all the 3 floors. First floor has more ladies apparels. 2nd floor has very good collections for babies and kids. I have lived in Japan for 8 years and can say for sure they have not compromised quality or shop appearance in India. Feels exactly the same as in Japan. All prices are less comparable to Indian apparel store's inflated prices. Since the base price itself is less you may not find any discounts. Nevertheless much cheaper than other 'branded' discount products
