Leather and wood armchairs, waiters in uniform and air conditioning so high that you have to dress up to avoid getting sick. It seemed like a New York restaurant to me, even in terms of prices.to paraphrase.
Good choice of wines, good cuisine too.
For an evening with your sweetheart, if she likes it and with a good budget. Excessive.

Visiting the Costly Coffee Cafe was an indulgent experience that left a lasting impression. 2. Food price

Please, DO NOT have this coffee as their name does not justify the taste. It taste so pathetic especially with that Hershey’s chocolate syrup. Thir coffe cost me Rs 289/-. You can have the same coffee at Paul’s (Paul’s iced mocha) which is 10 times better than the one i ordered at United Coffee house, quantity of coffee is more at Paul’s and the price is tad bit less (Rs 275/-) than the one United coffee house charges.

Food is overpriced. We had 6 dim sums, 1 english breakfast tea and the mocha cold coffee, cost us Rs1200/- approx.

You can have a good meal at the same price at Smoke House.

The experience was so bad i forgot to take photos of the food and / bill here in United Coffee house.

Here is my PoV on the place. It is caught between old world British fine dining and service, and a Punjabi dhaba, both being different spectrum of dining experiences. Caught in between UCH is unable to balance either, leading to a sub-par experience. This is the second time I have had the experience, and now I safely can say that the restaurant has a long way to go in service and food, both. The ambiance is tolerable, but nothing exciting or thematic that one can remember. I think the place can improve by many knotches if they pay heed to deciding which side of the spectrum do they want to be in - fine English world dining or Rustic Punjabi Dhaba style.

It allows you to see the Indian culture in detail because they make pre-English colonial food during and after. I really liked this feature and the waiters are very good, they deserve the tip.

Some of the best authentic Old Delhi food if you don't mind the price- with well sourced coffee and authentic expertise (at least for the Indian cuisine: wouldn't vouch for the east Asian stuff)

The ambience and music was top notch, however, the hi tea platter was extremely dry and not fresh. The service was very ordinary and not worth the premium 12% service charge levied. Extremely disappointed with the experience especially since the decor was so perfect.

Loved their Hazelnut Caffe Latte with extra milk on the side. One of the best milky coffees I have drunk outside my own house. We were impressed by the decor, the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Overall a very pleasant experience. Definitely worth a visit.

The place has not changed much over time and remains a good dinning experience with family or friends. You can explore from indian, oriental to western cusine with great taste. I prefer their authentic Indian food.

The place was good.nice ambience.good food.slow service. It was pretty crowded, maybe because we visited on a weekend. The staff still tried to follow all norms and protocols. One thing which did not go down well with us was that the Voluntary Service Charge was converted to a mandatory one. Even though we had a good dining experience and we had no qualms about paying the service charge, what irked us was that we were forced to bear it, just because the staff wanted us to. When we enquired about the same, one of them just told us "yaha pe to dena padta hai". Since we were expecting better, the overall experience was definitely not in good taste.

Looks can be deceptive, basic exteriors and super fancy interiors. The service is also great and so is the food.

I recently visited this place with my friends. We had cold coffee with icecream, fish fingers, non veg platter, butter chicken, hakka noodles, tiramisu and cheesecake. The food was amazing and the coffee was just perfect. The ambience is very beautiful.

I recently went to this place to try delicious food we had cold coffee, Belgian chocolate shake and in main course we tried paneer khurchan, malai Kofta with Pizza paratha which was so good in taste the Mozzarella was melting in our mouth it is a must try.

I ordered mutton curry, apple pie, Darjeeling iced tea and Darjeeling second flash (hot). Mutton curry was so deep and sophisticated for the first time. It was the most delicious curry in my life. I drank Darjeeling tea from this restaurant, so I decided to buy Darjeeling tea leaves and go home. It was a wonderful scented black tea. The service was also kind and courteous, providing a safe space.

Visted this yesterday with my friends for dinner and I’m awestruck with royal feel and vibe. The food was lipsmacking and service was too good. Quality of the food and quantity of the portion size was also good. Out of the dishes I ordered i really liked drums of heaven and mutton seekh from the starters. Ambala wala mutton and butter chicken from the mains. Kala Jamun from desserts is a must try.

Would love to visit again and try out other dishes!

I would rate 4.5 stars only reason would be added of service charge which is optional. Food was exceptionally great and well served.

Bruschetta veg, Fajiyas cottage cheese veg sizzler.
But mojito Virgin Sangria didn't met my pallets taste. Like some medicinal syrup.

It's one of the most classiest/fanciest place I ever been to. The cold coffee here is really good and after tasting food here you would forget that you were born on earth. The place is definitely not cheap, if you thinking to get full in just 1000 rupees not the place for you honey. I think even the gaurd here have 10lpa package. Really good place to throw parties for your friends. The place have a bar so do remember to get a little tipsy

Very poor service and tired waiters seem to be struggling. The packing was also lousy. The sandwich i had packed had no fries/ chips which are part of the menu and there was no cloeslaw packed either! Lost situation. Just felt very awkward. Poor customer satisfaction.

Not a satisfactory one as the pizza i ordered was served cold with a thick crust and not at all a good taste, regret spending money unnecessarily just for the sake of brand name.

I have been a couple of times. It's one of the oldest in the city still standing tall and proud. My favorite here is #Morning breakfast with scrambled eggs and coffee. Also, I love here #Non veg, #Veg platter, #Belgian Choco shake.
#Vanilla and Caramel shake is one of the over priced shake here which I don't prefer much.
It's an expensive place but I like the ambience and the service here. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't visited here yet.

Very unprofessional, charge illegal service charges if u insist only then they remove service charges from bill, their manager Mr Anish's behaviour was very rude, also took more than 50 mins to serve food.dont go there, go somewhere else if u want good hospitality

Different outlets have different ambience. The ones I've been to is in CP and in Cyber Hub. In both the outlets, I've loved the ambience and the food! It's a little expensive, but the amount of food you get! Highly recommended to go there with your family and friends.

A decent place to sit and spend some time with your friends, family or colleagues. The combos are more economical than separate meals. Had tea and English breakfast for 1k for two people. The taste is also decent.
