Unity Hyundai Service Center

Service is awesome, service staff is good and i have received my car timely, special thanks to Dinesh Ji

This service center should be closed by Hyundai as the service is not good. There is no transparency in the service bill and worst part is its management and customer feedback team, which normally don't do anything, in case you are not agreeing with service manager. This is my second time, that i found same pathetic system in this organization.

Not recommended. I got previous service last year done from here, that was good. But this time, My vehicle was working perfectly before third service but some rubbing kind noise is coming after service. Also, vibration is being felt when running at speed of 80. Not happy this time. Disappointed. I will not visit this service center ever in future.

Many extra things done in my car and charges more than 3500+ added for those. They even didi not explain me that these things are going to be done. I came to know at the time of bill. Those items are not recommended by Hyundai. This service center is just making money and fool to its customers.

Very bad experience this time with unity Hyundai jahangirpuri. Last service here.

Very rude behaviour over the phone. Not attending well customers over the phone and disconnect call while talking.

Pathetic is the word for there service centre. Very inefficient, with rude staff. Nobody tells the clear picture.poorest

I went to get my car repaired in insurance claim.the problems i faced during the period.
1. Time taken was longer than the maximum time limit given to me.
2. They didn't changed the door handle which was broken and was supposed to be changed with the door in the insurance claim itself. But it was forgotten.
3. A dent which also was supposed to be repaired was ignored.
4. Its been a week when i got my car back with a promise that they would resolve my above mentioned issues with in 2-3 days.

But till date they are saying that they would change it, the ordered part has not come.
The total time is almost a month the representatives are harassing their customer.
Very poor experience with the unity hyundai jahangirpuri.

Staff is good and cordial. They really are pros when it comes to any mechanical or electrical issues in your car.

Pathetic response of the service team.not recommended.better go to pahwa hyundai in ashok vihar area.amazing experience.unity guys kept me waiting for 45 mins and didn't open the job card and deleted the record from scanning also.worst service centre.poor

They couldn't find the fault in service why car was heating, told it's ok. When problem persisted again showed them, now a part is faulty, replacement ordered will reach within 1 week. Again called after 1 week, asked to wait. Then again next week car sent there, part which has come is not compatible, and existing part made worse.
Got it corrected at a local mechanic who took 45 mins. Changed part, car now fine

Take 1hr to make job card
No parts available my car almost standby mode almost 15-20 days.
After part fixed no one care about cleaning and checking tyre pressure.

All reviews are fake. Receptionist herself take your phone and rate 5 after service and billing. Every service executive have their commission so they will try to add maximum services to your bill. They will not give you time to think. In the end you will regret after seeing your bill. Labour charges plus 18 percent gst is too high. Now a days lot of genuine options like Gomechanic are there where you can get you car service in less than 4k instead of paying them 8 to 10k to Unity Hyundai.

Good service and gesture. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Gives genuine advice. Specially Ms Neelu Bisht helps in maximum capacity. Good to go team Unity

Staff is super polite, helpful and friendly.
Every time experience changes. Sometimes its good, sometimes its bad. Only Hyundai cars serviced here.
