Kept giving conflicting information and couldn't clear and deliver my package for more than 3 weeks. Double charged the rates. Delayed my getting needed urgent details by the doctor. Poorest and experience with UPS ever.

Unfortunately, I cannot give below 1 star! It's a terrible company. My parcel has come from London, just two books, and they want KYC to be uploaded. But the KYC could not be uploaded in their portal somehow. I made endless phone calls and wasted hours trying to upload the documents, but the customer service is just hopeless; they don't know how to even help. Now the parcel may have to return to the source. NEVER use this company.

Extremely bad service My shipment arrived in their facility in Delhi 2 days ago as per tracking information and I have not yet received it. Will never use UPS again

I sent documents which they said estimated delivery time is 7th sep 2022 on 7th they say 8th and on 8th they said address required all of it on their online tracking. They never bothered to call me or the person to whom it needs to be delivered to ask address if they thought address is not sufficient, or they should not be making the booking if address is not sufficient. The customer care guy James (refused to give me his last name) was sarcastic and had no information of what is happening with my documents and for everything he says it will take 24 hrs to find out what is happening with the delivery. DO NOT USE UPS, IF THEY DON'T DELIVER THEY WILL PUSH YOU INTO A NON STOP LOOP AND NOT RETURN YOU THE DOCUMENTS NOR GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. YOU WILL GO MAD!

The absolute best place to have your parcel be held hostage until you're forced to pay a king's ransom to release it. Extortion at its finest.

Do not waste your time with this company go to federal express DHL or other competitors very bad company employees do not care about customer service.
The manger came out tried to scam us with lies. We proved to them by my wife’s research (who is an attorney for 9 years and has expert knowledge of the law that a 10% duty is owned they wanted 100%. Plus more fees from greed. We are filing a FIR AGAINST this company.
