Visiting this place since 2011, food quality and quantity was good but expensive.near by atmosphere is bad and you can experience foul smell around this place.

Place is expensive but food quality is worth it. Non veg items are worth it but veg items are not good. I ordered Kadahi Paneer and it wasnt upto the mark.

We ordered Veg platter which was full of variety and contained paneer tikka, veg kabab, veg seekh kabab, and chaap. It was tasty.

Then we ordered Paneer butter masala, Dal makhani, Aloo naan, and butter naan. All the items were very tasty. The prices were also reasonable.

It’s the most pathetic staff ever met. The result of my failed meal and bad experience finding a decent place failed at URBAN PUNJAB KARKARDOOMA. The purple shirt person or shalll I call him a nation tried to teach me the hospitality. Trust me your choice of seating and anything would not be considered. Because that bald guy thinks that he owns everything and can direct customer where to sit or not. I AM A PAYER AND I DESERVE A CHOICE OF SEATING WHEN THE COVERS ARE EMPTY.please do understand it doesn’t concern anyone who are fine with that but I’m very particular about my adjustments and I think they should remover the rude soul and get a CORRECT manager as it will boast the customer recovery.

Visiting this place since 2012 for Desi ghee beliram chicken. Delicious, total Paisa vasool. If you like chicken without any second thoughts go for it. Charges are reasonable taste and quality for other items are pretty good.

One of the best restaurants in this surroundings, indoor and outdoor both facilities the provide to there customers. Generally people enjoy their food in their own car because there are few limitations in inside restaurant. Liquor is strictly prohibited in restaurant.
Food quality is delicious and nice hospitality. There is no issue of parking, ample space for parking is here. I would love to recommend for those who love non veg food. Though vegetarian food is also available here.

The prices are going up and food quality and quantity is coming down. At reasonable rates they served good food at one time now things going on gods name

Very poor quality service. Mr. Amit Chauhan (service staff) misbehaved by tearing the order slip because there was a delay to order the food. Did not expect such behaviour from a food chain of this class.

Food, ambience and staff is so good. I specially eat Malai Chaap at Urban Punjab only. Restaurant is near metro station for a quick reach.

Guests left.without food.
I slept.and bell rang.
Rest u can understand.

There are two types of services given.
Eating outside and inside restro.
But they charge different and dnt even tell their customers about this situation.
After raising voice against it theu just say that this is the normal thing that everyone knows.
How much selfish they are.

Its a perfect place for family dinner. We have tried both veg n non-veg. Delicious food superb quantity n reasonable prices. I would like to visit this place as much as I can, Atmosphere n staff both were so good. Now go and try the mouth watering food at urban Punjab.

Urban Punjab is one of the best restaurants for family dinner. The ambience is soothing. The place is peaceful. Service is not excellent but good. Location is not prime but very much reachable from public transport. Nearest metro station is Karkardooma metro station. Paneer dishes are really worth to try. Malai chap is another very famous dish. Really like the taste of food. Price is also not much high.

It is a small restaurant with good décor and great food. The restaurant provide Indian and Chinese options.

I had order chillli potato and noodles awesome taste have a wonderful experience there.staff is very well behaved and the quality is worth as relates to price and quality product and service is very appreciable.tetra sauce is very yummmy.nice ambiance and have an wonderful experience.visit the place without doubt.

Cockroach Biryani is the speciality here!
Visit at ur own risk to suffer from food poisoning!
Urban Punjab was a pigsty and disguting experience.
We came from outstation the most pathetic experience i had here! We were a family and friends together. My son and friends ordered chicken Biryani and to there suprise they received a cockroach biryani when asked and called manager he took the cockroach and ran away!
Highly unprofessional manager and set of staff! They even carried a attitude that nothing was so great if u found a cockroach.

I still remember the first time i went their for chaap as my friend literally forced me to come but now I'm a fan of their soya chaap

If you a hardcore lover of Soya Chaap then Urban Punjab should be your destination. It's been three years that I've developed a taste for Soya Chaap but mostly end up being disappointed. While visiting a friend in the proximity, she ordered Malai Chaap for me and bet that it will be the best I'll ever have. Well, I must agree that it was just perfect. The portion was huge in 220 bucks. It was very, very soft, loaded with veggies and smooth flavors. We weren't able to wrap-up the entire plate in one go. I keep feeling the scrumptiousness in my mouth and haven't craved for any dish so desperately. I'd love to try their menu as well, wish it'll be delicious too.

Taste of food is pathetic. Irresponsible and rude staff. We ordered for biryani but got fried rice instead. Which was stale and unedible.
