V D Service Center

Transperency is not there, using different product and charging higher amount in final bill.

Tomorrow I visited this V. D Honda shop for service at the moment I told them just for service and my handle lock isn't working they made a bill of 3200 I was shocked cause and they said they will tell me about the lock after checking handle then what was the 3200 i started my scooty and went to local service centre I won't recommend this service centre to anyone go any local shop it seem like they just want to make money they don't give a damn to customer awful experience

Service is good but if your is getting service from here then gst and other chargers will be added in bill.
That's why all are advised please, doing your vehicle service from local machanic for saving faaltu charges and gst and they also will get same service as in authorised service centre.
So if you want to save faltu charges then go for local machanic.

Over charges and every time try to get money making from customer. GM and manager not take interest to resolve the problem of customer and service quality is worst in the dabari centre all old staff has been changed
never user this service centre for service of your bike

Customers are simply being ripped off, extra unnecessary unwanted servicing is added to the bill that is not required for the vehicle.
Through unnecessary maintenance, they are trying to make maximum profits from the customers.

Bad behaviour with me

More expensive and Manager and staff is non cooperative

Charging 300 for carborator cleaning and used my 3 ltr
Petrol from my oil tank.

Too much costly service by this service center. They use open spare just from local market and take charges of genuine parts. I have gotten changed broke pad from here. They have taken spare charges and service charges. Alao he has taken adjustment charges which he has already charged as service charges.
So he has changed 2 time service charges. Total charges of Rs 2749. Just changes for brake pad and plate. When he has provided open spare. So can not believe that it was genuine spare.

Pathetic service… everything changed … I was charged Rs. 10,000/- time give was 1: 30 PM bike handed over at 6: 00 PM … better get your bike serviced from Local repair shop.at least they will be honest… moreover the person at the billing counter is very rude…

Very very bad experience in VD Honda Authorized Service center, first & most important suggestion never do AMC with them, you will not get any gain at all instead you will be harassed & looted.
Done last two service for my Honda Activa 125CC 2019 model with them along with AMC, 1st service on 6-Oct-21 billed for awesome Rs. 4660 & 2nd service on 13-Jan-22 which was billed for Rs. 3563. I Agreed to all their service, spare part/oil change & charges in these two services which costed me approx Rs. 8000+ in 3 months, way more costlier than service of my XUV500 Diesel Car haha.
Now comes the real surprise, my Activa had a complaint of starting problem since 1st Service in Oct-2021 and the same was highlighted to them in 2nd service, don't know what they did in both the service but now after only 20 days of the 2nd service my Activa is not starting at all, when I called VD Honda to complaint, they told me to bring the not starting Activa to their Center or they will charge towing cost to me.
This you will get in return of such a costly service from a big BRAND-HONDA. This is my 2nd Honda Activa but I am very disappointed to say that Honda after sales service has degraded alot & this is how they treat their customers.

Given 1 star only for service manager Mr. Gopal verma, he was good, polite and also professional else the worst place to get service.
Things written on the job sheet is different bill is different.
Charging without getting the parts change

I will never recommend to visit this service station to anyone and also I am going to give my written statement of complaint through mail to higher authorities too.

This place is after VD honda show room. It is on main road but not easily visible as there is no hoarding with name VD service center. Overpriced service center. I had to pay approx 5000 for Activa service. Few things honda should consider to repair instead of replacing everything. Too much tax on each service + parts. Tax itself I paid around 800. Would get my Activa service outside in future instead of paying unnecessarily to Honda.

Wastage of money bcs they make us fool by making extra charges of oils and other items
I personally never go again to them and my recommendation to all u is not to go instead of going to dabri just go to Mayapuri service centre.

Okay. But like most of the service centers they'll try to fool you with suggesting a lot of unnecessary things in your service to make money

Worst service center ever. Not even experienced staff. Even after three to four regular service from the same place these guys don't know how to correct or fix a problem. I don't recommend it to anyone. Moreover they focus on bill amount most. Higher the bill, happier they are.

Worst showroom ever one shall not buy any vehicle. As they are not focused on customer service and just laying there and delay as much as they can. They kept on making fake promises. Its been 10days I have purchased my vehicle but haven’t got number neither any other doc.

If there could be rating in minus I would go for that

Bahut bekkar staff he yaha only inko paise maghne aate he customer se kaise paise nikale maine 1st time service karwayi or they charge me 750 for oil jo ki bhar 250 ka dalta he uper se 100 polish karne maghe jo maine mana kiya badh me yah wo polish free me sab scooty or bikes pe lagate he or mujhse charge magh rahe the.or yah hi nahi muje scooty liye hue 3 month hue he or mari scooty gir gayi or uska handle race nahi de raha tha me inke pass gaya honda ke staff ne muje bola 4000 charge lagag repair ka aap manoge nahi maine wo handle bhar se repair karwaya or usne mujhse only 50 rs liye

The area is a little to find. Use GPS and you should be fine. I found this service center better than the Gokul Garden branch.
The waiting lounge is fine and the charges are reasonable.
Just stand near the service area for best results. Oil changes and everything must be done in front of you.
