I visited the place to attend a program Mathematics TLM Exhibition. The inauguration event was vibrant. The hall capacity was nearly full. It does have a wide indoor capacity for observers. The pavilion for sports is also good. They do have a washroom facility in the complex. One can feel tired while walking around the campus.
I attended for KVS National Meet opening ceremony conducted in this Sports Complex in 2014. I loved the gallery very much. Large enough to accommodate all the region contingents. We witnessed a 100 m race. I hope it got better.
Very nice. Neatly maintained. No extra charges harassment. Very good management. We are proudly say our future functions all will be here. Very clean. Nice staff and supportive ground staff. Very clean podiums. Good seating arrangements. Well controlled behaviors' of local staff.
I recently visited the Tyagaraj Sports Complex, and I can't express how impressed I was with my experience. The facility is a true gem for sports enthusiasts and the local community.
First and foremost, the cleanliness and maintenance of the complex were impeccable. The grounds, courts, and facilities were all in top-notch condition. It's evident that the management takes great pride in keeping the place well-maintained.
The variety of sports and activities offered at the complex is outstanding. Whether you're into tennis, badminton, swimming, or any other sport, you'll find excellent facilities and equipment. I was particularly impressed by the well-maintained swimming pool, which was not only clean but also had dedicated lifeguards for safety.
The staff at Tyagaraj Sports Complex were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always ready to assist with equipment, bookings, or any questions I had. Their dedication to ensuring a positive experience for visitors was evident throughout my visit.
The pricing for access to the facilities was reasonable, making it accessible to a wide range of people. It's truly a place where families, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts can come together and enjoy their favorite activities.
In summary, my time at Tyagaraj Sports Complex was exceptional. It's a facility that not only promotes physical fitness but also fosters a sense of community and well-being. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier sports and fitness facility in the area.
It's a indoor and outdoor sports stadium.it has running track, football field and multiple other options. We can also book it for other cultural or official events. Went there today for Taekwondo Championship and it was well organized.
The toilets are not well maintained. It is as expected, smelly, no staff to keep it clean. It's shameful. The sports complex is beautiful but. Only beautiful outside but inside it would have been great if cleaned and maintained as in malls. Why it cannot be maintained is the big question!
I went there to watch pro kabaddi recently and it is awseome stadium with full facilities of seating, ac, washroom and lights. I am not sure but they have canteen also. It is located near dilli haat metro, just a 1-2 km away and also walking distance.
Watched pro Kabbaddi match, value for money. Don't found thyagaraj car parking, so we parked on the road side as everyone doing same. If there is parking, proper signboard needed.
Wow I have never seen a building like this before. Lot of parking space, Big open Ground. Under the sports Complex I can say more tha 300 cars can be parked. Inside of the Complex it looks stunning for the first Glance but this place need to be clean really. When I went there for the first my reaction I was like yeah finaly I'm here, but If whosoever is taking care of this historical building he should spend money wisely on this Complex. That's how washroom will be stay clean, even sitting area also. Lots of thing need to maintain because this Complex is just huge. First washrooms need to clean and Sitting area, Secondly water facility need to improve. That's it from my side.
To reach this time, if person is coming via metro then deboard at INA metro and from there take auto they will charge 40rupees or you can. Share your auto ride.
Tyagraj sports complex is good place for indoor sports game like wrestling, Kabaddi, judo.
This stadium has a huge seating capacity but seating at Thyagraj stadium is worst. Not at all comfortable to seat. Location of the stadium is prime just near to safdarjung terminal bus stand and metro is also nearby. Therefore connectivity is best to all the places. This place is good for conducting concerts and seminar programs. Atmosphere is great, speakers are placed all over for proper sound over the place.
Thyagaraj Sports Complex is located in INA. It's a sports stadium having provision of both indoor and outdoor games. For outdoor games it has football, cricket, racing track, volleyball and for indoor basketball, badminton. The seating capacity is good as it can accommodate people. I went there for three times for my college's sports day. You can sit and relax at the stairs. At the backside of the stadium, there is a big hall for lunch or dinner purpose. You can book the sports complex for any activities to be carried out.
Spacious, plenty of room for multiple aspects of a sporting event to be covered. Only needs upgrade in terms of cleanliness and facilities like more toilets.
Awesome experience, the only problem is that they don’t allow any kind of bag, so if you are travelling via public transport then don’t bring any bags with you. They simply say no to take care of it, if the bag is empty the security still help you to put it somewhere.
It's very huge. Air conditioners were not working and no management for water and food. The only water we struggle to find was bilseri. One should have water and eatables along with while visiting here unless they will starve you to death
A Delhi government stadium located near Iconic Barapullah Elevated road with two different indoor stadias and one open track ground. Some of the major events include Pro Kabaddi league etc.
Space and sound system is really well but chair quality is poor. There are several chairs which are too dirty that people can not use it. Rest there should be drinking water facility at least inside.
