Vacations and You organised our family Kashmir trip in the beginning of May2023.
Our trip was Katra-Pahalgam-Gulmarg-Srinagar. Overall the experience was very satisfactory. They managed entire road travel, hotels and sight seeing. The cab came to pick us on time in Katra and the driver was very helping and polite. Cab was with us 24x7 for 5 days.
Choice of hotels was good, except at one place where they immediately arranged and shifted us to a nearby better hotel.
We enjoyed the whole trip without any issues and the availability of continuous support from Vacations and You was very helpful. They were reachable all the time in case of any small issues. I would like to thank them and looking forward to another trip with them.
