Pathetic service, staff i just wanted to alter my trousers they told me they will do that before payment but when I gave them full payment they did not bother to to do anything.worst experience of my life will never go there again

Pathetic Service and Worst retail staff behaviour.
I went for an exchange. Just wanted a size smaller.
The staff didn't show any interest in exchange or to even provide a credit note.
At last after lot of struggle by myself I selected something else in exchange.
Which they refuse to exchange stating that there is a difference of 50 paisa.

I went to Lajpat nagar outlet. Veey less Collection of women land was not attracting. It's better to buy van Heusen products online.
