This is a salon which rather than giving good services to customers dupes them of their money. Visited this salon along with a friend as she wanted keratin treatment for her hair and highlights, as if was nearby my locality. The owner quoted 15000 for 3 services which includes keratin, smoothening & highlights whereas we finalised on just having two services of keratin + smoothening which was negotiated to be done in 8000₹. They did not use the products for smoothening which she mentioned initially when we inquired, secondly the people in her salon are unprofessional and have less and limited knowledge of hair treatment. Thirdly ther keratin & smootheing done to the hair are not so promising, the hairs do not shine like they do after a keratin & smoothening treatment, fourthly we found a pamphlet in the salon itself which mentions the offer regarding the hair treatment in which the salon offers any three services including highlights keratin & smoothening for 5999₹. When asked about this to the owner she refused it outrightly by stating the reason it depends on hair length. If the length is also considered long, 8000₹ should have been for 3 services. The owner is very rude and barely picks up your call. Even if you inquire anything she tells you i cant take your calls i am in a meeting and i am very busy. These people make a fool out of their clients by using products other than those they they mention about in the beginning. I was not given a gst bill else i would have shooted them a legal notice regarding deficiency in services. Would not recommend anyone to use their services.

The entire facial experience was pleasurable. Affordable price with excellent job. I will definitely use their service again and again. They did an amazing facial job, I am very pleased with their skill and professionalism.
