By Her negligence we have to operate.

Vardaan hospital is the perfect establishment for someone looking for all round care for senior citizens. They not only have senior doctors available 24x7, but also provide the best rehabilitation and treatment management. The staff are very warm and take complete care of those living there, providing them with emotional support as well.

This is an updated review for Vardaan Senior care center. I am settled in the west and my mom stays in India. My mom suffers from neurological issue and has been now staying at the Vardaan senior care center for the past 7 years now. As each year passes and as I visit her each time, I can see the improved condition she is in compared to before when she came to Vardaan. I am heartfully indebted to Dr. Rekha Khandelwal as well as the excellent staff at Vardaan who I have now come to know personally over the last many years. I have seen over the last many years that Dr. Khandelwal takes personal interest in the well being of all in the center and ensures they are doing well and in good spirits. The one thing that stood out to me was the loving care that the staff took of my mom during the massive delta Covid wave in Delhi. My mom contracted delta along with a couple other inmates. The staff, without caring for their own well-being took extreme care of all those impacted and brought all of them out successfully out of Covid. To those who are in a similar position as me, where they need their aged parents taken care of either for short or long term and are unable to do so on their own, I would 100% recommend Vardaan to you. You won't ever regret it

Vardaan hospital is an excellent hospital known for it's patient centric approach. I spent almost a year there and the staff was very welcoming and caring. Beyond all, Dr. Rajeev Khandelwal, Dr. Rekha Khandelwal and the entire team at Vardaan perform their role with purpose and dedication towards improving the lives of people in their care.

Dr Rekha khandelwal, very bad experience. Trying to make patient ready for operation instead of normal.

Dr Rekha khandelwal, Head of the hospital is really a greedy lady and tries to manipulate the patients even if they dont have any issues.

I have taken my wife to Vardaan hospital when we got to know that she is pregnant and till 6th month she informed us that everything is fine and from 7th month she have started creating problems of sugar and all and always want that patient get tested at her own lab but the problem occurs at the 9th month when she inform us that there are some complications of sugar and all and she wants to deliver the baby at Rainbow hospital and want to put the baby in nursing as because in Rainbow hospital, charges are around 3 lakhs and in her hospital, its just 50 to 60 thoushand.

Once we understand that she is trying to make us fool, we have shifted to another hospital where we have found that Mother and baby both are very healthy and there is no diabitic issues in any of them.

Today i am very happy as i became father of a baby boy and writting this review to help other people to whom she can cheat in the name of Nursing Lab charges and other stuffs.

Please beware.

Amazing hospital and best place for senior citizens. Dr Rekha. Khandelwal (the owner) creates a complete homely feel for them and take proper care like a family. Cherry on the cake is that they have hospital facility on the ground floor and for any problem you don’t have to rush anywhere, they can get the treatment there itself. Doctors, nurses, Durgesh ji and other staff members are very cooperative.
Best place to be considered if you are looking for a senior citizen home.

This review is for Vardaan Senior care center. I am settled in the west but my mom stays in India. My mom has a neurological issue and needs constant care. Up until 4 years ago, we were barely able to manage her well being since her care takers were highly negligent and my mom's condition got from bad to worse with regular seizures. It was around this time we came across Vardaan. We moved my mom to Vardaan senior care center. Thanks to the extremely supportive staff of Vardaan who have gone out of their way multiple times to take care of my mom that she is much more healthy today. I specially need to mention that Dr Rekha takes personal interest in each of the occupants at Vardaan. As an example when I consulted a neurologist at Max Hospital (Saket), he mentioned that the only reason they volunteer to help Vardaan's residents is because Dr. Rekha personally sees to their well being. I also highly appreciate the other doctor's and nurses who I have spoken with multiple times who check on her every now and then and what has touched me is that they find happiness in her well being. 4 years down the line, I couldn't have asked for a better arrangement for her, where her every need is taken care of with an attention to our and her happiness. I understand there are many out there who have to either move or travel often and worry about their parents well being. For me, with my mom having gone through the last four years with Vardaan, I have no hesitation recommending it highly to any others who would live to avail of either a short or a long stay for their parents who are unable to take care of themselves in the absence of any close relatives.

I was very pleased with my experience at vardaan hospital. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of the vardaan health Care made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best.

I have interned under this hospital for a month and the experience I had with Dr. Rekha and all the senior citizens will always be really close to my heart.
The warmth and love the hospital provides to the elderly inpatients is incredible and remarkable. The facilities provided for the elderly men and women is comfortable and appropriate care is taken under the supervision of Dr. Rekha. It is also a good centre for rehabilitation and short term care for people with dementia.

Worst hospital and stupidest staff on earth. Weird looking uneducated guy was sitting on the reception. He said doctor's come there on call but he refused to give me the doctor's number. Why is this looser sitting on the reception. In the basement. Please fire him!

The service given by Vardaan Hospital is very comforting, Dr. Rekha is very helpful and an experienced doctor, the staff at reception and the nurses are very helpful as well. I would recommend this place for anyone. Keep up the good work.

I have been visiting Vardaan Hospital for past few years and am very satisfied with the services. They are very forthright regarding their treatment and clearly mention that they are not a tertiary care hospital. They never misguide you.

It's been 4 years, I have been visiting quite often Vardaan Hospital & I must appreciate the hard work put by the the Doctors, Pathologist, Nurse, Staff (including receptionist).

Positives-
-> Dr. Rajeev Khandelwal & Dr. Rekha Khandelwal both are amazing human being & master of their craft.
-> "Hospital" usually gets very scary to a common man, be it terms of pocket, treatment & care however with Vardaan you would see & feel exceptional service which is usually not found everywhere.
-> Doctors here are responsive/accountable enough in case you need any immediate assistance in case things go south.
-> You would be surprised to see Dr. Rajeev & Dr. Rekha visiting & asking about your wellness on a Saturday/Sunday & even responding to your queries via mail/desk phone (to be used frugally).
-> They have maintained a "human touch" right from Doctor to staff.which I see missing in todays era.
-> They "listen to" your health problems & guide you to tackle it by making changes in your so called "Modern Lifestyle". Not everything can be cured with medicine. Goes with an english saying, "A stitch in time saves nine".
-> Hospital cleanliness is top notch & Doctors keep a close watch.
-> Specially, in case of a kid. Doctor, Rajeev will walk out of his cabin and instruct the pathologist to seek help from female nurses in case the infant doesn't cooperate.where else do you see that?
-> Talking about the Nurses, they are true to their commitment of serving humanity.
-> Entire staff is very warm, cooperative & has a smile while dealing with every single patient.
-> Reimbursement from Corporate Health Partner has been really smooth in my case.

Shockingly this hospital has no general physician available in morning and afternoon as they told me.

My pregnancy was a surprise and a shock as we were not planing on having a baby. I contacted Dr. Rekha by whatsapp and was surprised at her quick responses, detailed questions and also her helpful nature. Dr. Rekha was helpful and assisted in suggesting hotels close by.

The first time I met Dr. Rekha I had just arrived from a stressful flight and no sleep. She put me at ease instantly. She has such a wonderful way of explaining everything that I could make my decision instantly. The nurses (Neelam and Mamta) were super helpful. Neelam kept checking on me every 10 mins.

I am settled in the west. My mom has a neurological problem that sometimes causes seizures and has been at Vardaan for around two years. The staff and Doctors at Vardaan have taken very good care of her. I specially appreciate the personal interest that Dr. Rekha Khandelwal takes in her well-being as well as in the well-being of other residents. I highly recommend this place for those who are worried about the well being of their parents and live far off to be able to take care of them, themselves.

This is the worst hospital that I have came across, I went there with my wife as she was suffering from fever, the doctor was completely uninterested in seeing the patient, then he wrote a prescription and recommended some blood tests which they did in their lab and charged 1800 rs along with consultation fee which was rs 300. Upon asking for bill they started making excuses that u will get it tommorrow.bla ba. He charged 1500 for few blood tests. I inquired the price of same blood tests from a lab which turned out to be rs 450. Can you believe it? Bloody thieves. Looting patients.you guys will surely burn in hell. The doctors are not even professionals. Won't got there again ever.

No doctor visits this hospital. The staff will keep asking u to be patient & wait. And there Doctors don't come on scheduled time instead they take their time & dont even respond to their offc attendants. This is the second time I have visited this hospital but after waiting for dr for 1 hour. I had to search for some other hospital. Their Dr. Aarti seems to be a very irresponsible doctor. She didnt showed up for 1 hour.
They really need to work upon this.
I would never recommend this hospital specially physician Aarti to anybody because anyways she wont show up. Patients will wait & look for other alternatives.
