Dr. Jyoti Sharma is truly one of the best dermatologists. I express my deep gratitude to her for successfully addressing a skin problem that had persisted for 20 years, and she achieved this remarkable result in just two visits.

Having struggled with skin allergies for an extended period, I sought the expertise of various doctors and underwent numerous treatments, spending a substantial amount of money without finding relief. However, after consulting with Dr. Jyoti, I experienced significant improvement in just two sessions.

Dr. Jyoti is the worst doctor I have ever met. She is not at all interested in listening to your problems. She is simply doing business and looting people. She literally heard me for 50-60 seconds and started writing the medicines without even listening to my entire problem. When I tried to explain my issue or ask any query she simply ignored and her assistant interrupted in between to explain the medicines she wrote. And not only with me, I was noticing she was giving maximum 2-3 minutes to most of the patients there. Pathetic doctor. Its really sad to see that how a doctor is just doing his/her job for purely money.

I came to the clinic today and the person who gives the appointment gave me confirmation that my turn will come in 45 minutes and after waiting for 45 minutes when I asked about my turn, he said I have waited only for 15 minutes. I had my 3.5 years old daughter along with me and it was such a pathetic experience that I had to go back home because he told me wait for another 40-45 minutes at least?
You really need to respect the time of others.

Highly unprofessional. As long as you are on her meds, it works, the moment you leave it you will be back to where you started.

Doesn’t care about the patients at all, always in a hurry, doesn’t even listen to the patient and gives no explanation on what the issue might be.

Procedures are even worse and if her treatment doesn’t work she blames the patient and god forbid if the patient asks a question in response, she will argue or even yell at you, I paid the money miss, not you.

Worst experience, I took the peel treatment here but not so much effective here, though I earlier took the treatment from another clinic and the results were far better.the doctor personally don't attend in every sitting, assistants will only attend you after first visit of doctor in sittings.my acne are increasing, skin didn't peel though I got the peel treatment.i waisted my hard earned money only.

Dr. Jyoti is the best dermatologist I know and also a really nice and polite person. They explain your condition in a simple and thorough way, they also explain the medication and procedures that they do. Been here a few times and I can also say I have never been overcharged for anything. The staff is also polite and respectful.

I had the best experience with Dr. Bhagwat Sharma. He was able to recognise and provide accurate treatment from the very beginning. He helped my mother with her knee problem and unlike other doctors, didn't ask for too many tests, he just diagnosed the problem without too many tests. Also, he was so generous and patient while explaining the disease and treatment to us. Before proceeding with any medication, he explained us the whole problem and it's cure with his utmost patience and calmness.
