Firstly, itʼs been a pleasure to work with the team of Varmala for my
parent'sSilver Jubilee Celebration.
Usually every individual bears an image of how they expect their event
to turn out and the Varmala group sets their heart and soul into
transforming dreams to reality.
The entire team was very well organised and professional in every
aspect.
The itinerary of the event was top notch and included a diverse range of
activities which rooted for curiosity in the audience. The team also
made sure that the hosts were well assisted throughout the event by
providing personal shadows, who were always at beck and call.
Additionally, thoughtful details such as the cake and decorative
arrangements were also done beautifully and added to the overall vibe
of the event.
Most importantly, their communication wasextremely smooth as the
team was readily available for texts, calls, video calls and e-mails
throughout the day. Also, the quality of service did not deteriorate on
the completion of the event.
As this event was the first outstation event in my family, Iʼm extremely
glad that I chose the Varmala team, who deserve the full credit for the
success of the event.

Working with Varmalla for arranging our 25th Marriage anniversary celebrations was the best decision we made. Throughout the planning process the entire team of Varmalla under the stewardship of Mr Nirvan, not only displayed the highest degree of great skill, professionalism but also demonstrated the positivity and resourcefulness in the entire event planning process and its execution to make our event as memorable for all the invitees. Mr Nirvan, who was on the helm of the affairs was extremely impressive and his entire handling was simply incredible. Varmalla’ s team made invaluable contributions and worked really hard with the network of all the vendors and crafted the entire set up as classic, elegant and extremely gorgeous. Last but not the least the Varmalla’ s team helped making our dream to become a reality. We would highly recommend Varmalla to anyone for seamless handling of such events.

Worthless company no. One cheater fake commitments only money snatching company.hired vendors on low rates and charged from us 4 times excess from us.zero rating fraud company i will never forgive them specially mr Nirwan.no one fraud.

Decent wedding planning company. Varmalla shall give you a bunch of options for various aspects of the event like acco, DJ, food vendors, function venues, etc. After making selections, you will converge on selections for each one. In some selections you will get sample videos or option to checkout venue, food tasting etc, for others you shall be at the mercy of the Varmalla's suggestions.

We had a great wedding day and Varmalla played a role in it. Most of their vendors like DJ, shadow staff, dhol, food vendors are great!

Given that said, they do miss out on some low-hanging fruits:

A. Synchronization: On the day (s) of the event - varmalla struggled in keeping everyone on the same page regarding what shall happen next, where should the groom be next etc. We noticed multiple people (like mom, dad, host-cum-guests) asking the same questions around - "will there be a puja before sangeet, where is the assembly point of the baarat etc".
Handing out an overview of the "day's plan" to all concerned parties specially those who are co-ordinating could make synchronization smoother.

B. Varmalla struggles to keep their team+vendors on the same page. For example: If you have opted for a photography package with pre-wedding shoot.:
1. You 'll get a VERBAL CONFIRMATION on expectations & deliverables like say drone photography, pre-wedding shoot etc from varmalla.
2. You shall have multiple similar meetings (over phone) with the vendor. & again get VERBAL CONFIRMATION on expectations & deliverables.
3. There shall be a discrepancy b/w the two VERBAL confirmations, and b/w the actual deliverables & expectations - and Varmalla will also have a hard time straightening things out.
4. I think varmalla can solve this by constantly handing out hard copies (/over email) a list of all DELIVERABLES, A brief on WHAT TO EXPECT, & WHAT NOT TO EXPECT etc for each vendor.

C. Having buffer capacity for last min acco extensions, better capacity planning for transport b/w acco venues <-> event venues. Our guests faced hassles due to this.

P. S: Having Varmalla plan your event is not the end of all headache - For a successful event we believe it also requires a lot of active participation from a few people from bride & groom side - and we would suggest Varmalla customers to communicate with them actively and keep notes!

NOTE: We were particularly not happy with the photography vendor in pre-wedding shoot and had to add another one at the last moment on our own.

Nirvan and his team rocks! Nirvan always put our views and thoughts on priority while working on the themes of all the functions. He was always professional and handled everything quite smoothly, especially when we gave him a hard time. He made our wedding look truly magical! Nirvan went beyond our expectations (like seriously) to make our wedding beautiful and memorable. The overall arrangement and decor of EACH AND EVERY FUNCTION were just breathtaking. Words are not enough to do justice to his finesse and quality of work. Every event was unique and had a story to tell. Kudos to his attention to detail! Do not book them ever. Had a horrible experience with them. Its such a shame that they call themselves a trusted company.all payment in advance done, then they cheat you and people they send at venue are totally unprofessional. Only silver lining was Divye (their emoployee), he saved the wedding.

The event was very well organizes, everything went smoothly. I want to mention specifically, Divye was always available for any sort of help that was needed. We overall had a brilliant experience.

I had a horrible experience with Varmala. I was constantly lied and duped through the process wasting a lot of time with them. Everytime the concerned person - Nirvan would speak to us and would tell a different story of how they work. At first he said that they block rooms of hotels that are good beforehand and hence give us better prices and that they have done loads of events at these places he was trying to push to us. Later we got to know that he hadn't done a single event with them and even the story of buying rooms beforehand was inconsistent. All the prices that were mentioned had huge mathematical inconsistencies for e.g. The booking in bulk was costlier than booking fewer rooms. Also when we saw one of the marriages at the venue in Jim Corbett, the Varmala team and the hotel team were busy blaming each other on the segregation of work. It was a horrible sight and the families that were staying there rated both the hotel and Varmala zero. Varmala took money from us for the booking and never booked the hotel, so later even the dates that we had given them the money for were not available. It was an extremely painful exercise. I am taking the pain of putting this review so that no other person looking for a wedding planner has to go through the ordeal that we did. The Wedding Planner should be trustable, that needs to be built from the start but these guys just kept heaping us with lies on and on. My entire wedding planning process was much easier and hassle free once I let them go and thank god that I did not have to deal with them anymore.
