Out of all the Metro Stations I have been so far, I have really loved this one the most so far.its so net and clean. Its well organized and well managed as well. I don’t know but maybe it’s because there are so many consultants offices and embassies around.but its ok, as long as the metro station provides us with good services
Vasant vihar metro is Nearest Metro to JNU, AICTE and Ambience, DLF Promenade, DLF Emporio. One can easily take an auto rikshaw to reach above mentioned places by paying a minimal charge of 40-50rupee or one can walk to 800-900meters to Priya Redlight to get a gramin sewa or a bus to Mall, Aicte agar rs 10/- per person.
Neat and clean area and metro facility is too good. Frequency of the metro is up to mark. The glass gates on the waiting platform is superb facility for the safety of people. Though escalators at the metro station is somehow long but comfortable. Else, after exit Vasant Vihar metro the view and the location is neat and clean and the people have put up their food stalls to provide eatables to people. Transport facility is also available as after you exit austo stand is there also you can easily book a cab for further journey. Overall it's a good experience.
Vasant Vihar Metro Station. Gone are the days when Delhi metro used to be punctual and cheap. Now it's all about being expensive, not being on time and horrible deployment of CISF staff. The latest pink line will make you want to smash your head, it's everything what you don't expect from a public transit system. Newly opened station under pink line (which is going to be largest stretch in Delhi Metro). This metro runs almost parallel to ring road. Station is in underground. Soon this station will have amphitheater and its office complex above metro station. Newly started, Cleaned and well developed. Most important thing is it's connectivity. As it is situated near by the Railway station, Bus Stand And Auto Stand. You will find a lots number of shops near by this station, even mandi is just away of 2 min distance where you can get fresh vegetable as reasonable price. Underground metro station. 4 access to the station. 2 in both sides of the road. Elevator is available for wheelchair accessibility. Better get an smartcard to avoid standing in queue.after checking, you will enter into the base of the station. Tickets available at the concourse level. Paid parking is available. Paid restrooms are available. Neat and clean
The metro is one of the best things that has happened to me! No more hassles of parking, driver fee, traffic jams and what not.you just need to.get up and go.whether it's Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi or any other place in Delhi. And it's right next to.my home!
Vasant vihar metro station is associated with DMRC's Magenta line. I'm not sure about whether there is a parking facility provided there or not. The networks of your SIM card might just stop coming as you'll be traveling underground and nearby Vasant vihar metro station there is A gurudwara and a market next to the petrol pump which is opposite to the metro station
Recently open vasant vihar metro station is just nearby Priya cinema complex. It's a very convenient for people coming from noida, I visited there from noida botanical garden station to vasant vihar it's located on very convenient place only took 20 minutes to reach there and asa I stepped out got the auto riksha.
New metro station with good architecture and spacious corridors to walk inside the metro station it is also quite artistic and as located near the lavish locality of Vasant vihar does the justice with the kind of maintenance and cleanliness it has.
It is very beautiful place. This area is very much populated by human beings and vehicles. This area is very much polluted also. It is a recent organised metro station. It is very much clean. The security is very much tight and it is a well planned metro station. There is a canteen in the metro station. There are so many machines in the metro station through which many people can recharge their card easily.
Vasant Vihar Metro Station is a major point at magenta line from botanical garden to janakpuri. The location is fine, just in front of Priya pvr cinema. The only problem is that there is no parking
The Delhi Metro is a rapid transit system serving Delhi and its satellite cities of Bahadurgarh, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Noida in the National Capital Region of India. [6] By far the largest and busiest metro in India, and second oldest after the Kolkata Metro[7] it is the world's 9th longest metro system and 16th largest by ridership. [8] The network consists of eight colour-coded regular lines, running 327 kilometres (203 mi) serving 236 stations. [5][9][10] The system has a mix of underground, at-grade, and elevated stations using both broad-gauge and standard-gauge. Delhi Metro operates over 2,700 trips daily, starting at around 05: 00 and ending at 23: 30 hrs. [11] In 2016-17, the Delhi Metro had an average daily ridership of 2.76 million passengers and a cumulative ridership of over 1 billion passengers yearly. Construction started in 1998 and the first elevated section, on the Red Line opened in 2002, while the first underground section on Yellow Line opened in 2004. [12] The development of the network was divided into phases, Phase I containing 3 lines was completed by 2006, and Phase II in 2011. Phase III is currently under construction, and is scheduled to be mostly complete by 2019. Phase IV having received approval, construction is expected to start in 2019
New place but deteriorating fast.needs good and efficient maintenance.best connection to CBI residential colony. Its located in one of the best down towns of the city.the area also has couple of embassies and over that it is well connected to chanakyapuri.crux is.if you are looking for an alternative to bhikhaji cama place metro station to reach chanakyapuri, then this is the best alternative.
Great location! Priya Cinema, Vasant Lok, Mizoram House, Jharkhand Bhawan are just few steps away. CBI Colony is adjacent to it. Parking space is available but due to some renovation work it will take some time to open. Inside you will find clean metro with violet line which joins Noida (Botanical Garden) at one end while Janakpuri West at the other end.
Well-maintained and clean premises. However it wouldn't be too convenient to travel with a bag as the escalator is available only when going up. Sadly, the courtesy of offering seats to children and the elderly is non-existent.
