Worst environment. Service center staff charge extra money /bill without any fault. They repair one part and make other break.

I purchased Honda Activa 125 in last year, worst thing about VD Honda is, staff are like thug, and they try to snatch money from your pocket. I financed my vehicle but they do not clear anything about interest rate and repayment schedule and financed it with 21% interest rate. Very unsystematic and unprofessional behaviour, have no trained staff whether in sales, management and service.

Very frustrating experience. They gave us used vehicle and only exchanged after much ado. The mechanics are rude and only want to fool the customer.

Nice honda showroom at very convenient place to test drive, staff is helpful. One needs to bargain to get a good deal.

Please a request to all the two wheeler owner to know exactly what the problem is otherwise you will be doped into a very large bill and you will have a deep whole in your pocket as the engineer thinks he knows everything and for a single minute problem changes so many parts and you will regret it.

Sir according to moter vehicle rule 1987,138-f helmat is offered to vehicle owners on free of coast but I purchased 2 wheeler in aug 20 but not get helmate
Please look into the matter

When you visit they treat you like a god. But once you purchased any vehicle and just done with the payment they will make you realise that you are like nothing and just go to hell.
Specially that aged lady that deals with customers regarding sales, she doesn't have manners.
Don't go there to purchase, inspite take from any other showroom who has decent staff.

Don’t buy from this place. After paying money they are not taking calls. Bought on 12th Nov, 2019 and still waiting for Registration Number, calling showroom they are saying speak to salesmen and salesmen not taking call. Worst services horrible experience

I have bought Yamaha fasaino in 2016 and got Registration no within 20 minutest. Yamaha services are awesome. I have a mistake to buy Honda products.

I booked a scooter activa 1 month ago, thought I will Tack Delivery of scooter in Navratras, And they Promise me to do so. But they not give me scooter till now 12/10/2019
I paid almost full Ex showroom Price to them,

Biggest mistake of my life is purchased Honda Scotty #Specially Grazia from the date I purchased Grazia dx 2019 from that day missing problem in acceleration Iam facing. Even not 1 month completed.the problem is continuing. 6-8th time I repair acceleration problem then after some 5-6 days again facing same problem. #NEVEREVER BUY HONDA SCOOTY AGAIN IN MY LIFE. GO FOR OTHER COMPANY LIKE TVS, VESPA, APRILLIA. THEY ARE FAR FAR BETTER. THAN HONDAA.

Thieves, they'll pull out the labour charge by some other means like adding some small repair with big amount like "fork repair", which is nothing but their excess service charge and all those good reviews are probably by one of their family members.

1. No ownership of time given
It takes a full day to get two wheeler serviced (extra work will need your extra hours)

A non-honda service center can do it in just a single hour (that too without appointment)

2. You are not allowed to see what parts are getting replaced or atleast the old parts can be shown for a confirmation.what has been replaced.

3. Customer waiting area is too unhygeinic

4. Lack of staff as per the customers visit (Always overloaded)

5. After all of the above you have loose almost double amount of money.

Visited only twice and after seeing the trend, got my Honda Hornet [ DL9S BP 2534 ] Serviced by non-Honda local service center

Dear Honda,
You need to really think about this.
I think loosing one customer will not make any difference, but I am really not happy with the after sales services.

Service of V D honda is very bad and no any staff to cooperate.
Service engineer is totally local type. Nobody has experience or knowledge about service. Thats i say V D honda service is very very bad.

Sincer advise to Honda management to screw all their services centres.need to pull up so many things. Speciallay Delhi region centre staff is more casual to deal with customers.at all point

You can collect your paper of vehicle from Honda center and can visit here for Honda vechiles service.
