Total fraud! Do not believe these people and risk the patient life and money.

These people are fraud beware of them. They are following the same pattern to cheat people.

Initially they will agree for less amount and ask you to pay full amount to confirm the air ambulance service and later they will say that the service is not available on that day and only premium service is available which will cost more than double price.

This happened to me. We called for air ambulance to pick and drop my mother who was critically injured and finalized the deal for 4 Lacks.

Once money was paid they said they don't have ambulance ready for next three days and if we need it today then we need to take a premium service which will cost 10 Lacks.

We understood that they are cheaters and said no need of premium service and asked to give back money.

It's been two months since we paid the money and still they did not refund the 4 lack rupees.

People who pick the call are trained to fight with customers on call. They will respond as if we owe them money.

My mothers health become more worse because of these peoples delay and fraud.
I would advise not to contact these people and risk the patient life and money.

I booked an Air ambulance with Vedanta Air ambulance on 22 Jan 2023. They asked for 5,70,000/- advance. On paying the full money in advance, they called and asked for 3,50,000/- extra Citing some ATC issue. On asking for refund, they are saying they will deduct the fees and then refund the money

Very good service. Provide service in all over India. And service and staff and Dr are so polite manner.

Used their service for a close relative's shifting who was already on ventilator - they took 100 percent advance of 4.75L - they kept on shifting the appointment saying ATC clearance is not being received and then changed the price for transfer by additional 4L. Upon asking for a full refund they said that they will deduct 25% cancellation charge (though they are the ones changing the asking price). They also claim to have doctors on aircraft but can't seem to provide registration details of any MBBS doctor.

Do not trust them, they are frauds and will try to convince you by saying that we have been providing this service for the past 10 years.

They are trying to make money out of people's misery.

Excellent service, well trained nursing staff, very well mannered and had nice behaviour with my patient. I personally suggest vedanta air ambulance service for any emergency.thanks to the whole team.

Recently my neighbor was shifted from Delhi by Vedanta air ambulance for her heart treatment and this air ambulance is soo comfortable and rate is also reliable that she didn't felt any difficulty while her reposition.all thanks to Vedanta
