It's a fraud courier company whose contact details are not reachable neither they contact you regarding you couriers. My pan card reached in my city one month ago from today but neither it is delivered yet nor they have contacted me. I tried to contact them by email and their contact no. But they didn't picked calls and most of the times call didn't connects plus they didn't reply to my emails.
How come a government documents like pan is getting parceled by a fraud company

बहुत ही खराब सेवा है मेरा पैन कार्ड सभी तक नही पहुँचा आज 15 दिन हो गये है पैनकार्ड डिपार्टमेंट ने इतनी घटिया कंपनी को चुना है जब कि स्पीड पोस्ट की सेवा बहुत अच्छी है।

Use less company no customer care number, not tracking facility.not able to understand how they got the contact of delivering the pan cards. IT department should think to save their own reputation.if possible i could give them negetive ratings

Very irresponsible employees. No method for proper tracking. Laggards for sure in Their line of business. There is no way to contact them and no response on multiple requests. Even 1 star rating is a bit too much for them. Not a single delivery on time because of staff and employee indisciplined culture

Irresponsible behaviour of staffs and no way to connect with them, by chance if we r lucky to connect, very rudely the staffs answer the call.
More than a month now, Pan card not RCVD, hie come NSDL appoints such agency to deliver an imp documents, Blue Dart is Very professional in this regard

Not able to contact them about the shipment. Unable to understand why PAN Card was sent by NSDL with such a unprofessional company. NDSL wale Gadhe hai or ye Velex Logistics Wale Maha Ghade.

Seems frod company my pan Card dispatched on 18 july 20 is not yet delivered and no proper contact details of company.numbers provided on web are fake.

They neither deleiver the PAN card to your house nor they call that the package is arrived, you have to go and collect your parcel on your own. And it is a very small shop.
