Very bad experience with Dr Abhishek Dagar. He was rude ant not willing to listen to anything. We went for second opinion and he was furious, why we have came to him, we should have continued with our earlier doctor. He didn't check anything and just prescribed two expensive and not required test. This was my first time, I wasted my money and time, by visiting Venu. I would not recommend anyone to this eye hospital. I thinks, because of this attitude only, there was near to zero patients in the hospital, and that too at peak morning 9am time.
Today I went to Venu for my Eye test from Dr Abhishek. The Doctor just spent two minutes only and told me that it is ok. He was not ready to listen any word from me. I had my Cataract surgery last year from other Eye Centre. He simply told me to contact that Doctor if there is any issue. Sorry to say that I am totally dissatisfied with the behaviour and services from the Doctor of this Hospital.
Wonderful. Very Good Doctors, very good paramedics. Very convenient systems. Just one area for improvement. The snack counter does not accept online payment, insists only on cash. I, being diabetic and hungry, could not buy any snacks and my sugar levels went down for want of cash.
Dr Abhishek Dagar is a super rude doctor who himself needs a treatment first, before treating patients. My father visited him twice in last 1 year, and he was insulting and rude both times. You need to treat your patients with some tenderness. There’s a reason you’re called a “doctor” and patients come to you for “help” and seek comfort. On the contrary, this doctor makes them leave feeling confused and scared. He asked my father to leave and get treated elsewhere. Is this the way a patient should be treated? No matter what post you’re in, it’s the behaviour that earns you respect.
I got my eye operated for cataract in Venu Eye Institute under the supervision of Dr. Abhishek. I am extremely satisfied with the services rendered. All the doctors and staff are very ccourteous and helpful. Waiting fi for the second eye to be operated from the same hospital shortly.
I went today for checkup it was ok but agar tumhe aakhon ka operation kahi aur karwa rakha hoga na toh you should go there for check according to here on of the doctor I'm very disappointed how can a doctor say this
Very rude doctors, only interested in getting tests and then they will say they can not comment on the illness. It's the worst hospital I have ever been to!
They charge you again and every time, even the very next day of usual consultation, even when called by doctor on some pretext.pathetic service, and fleecing the innocent patients.seems there is a pre planned arrangement to call the patients again next day on pretext of another check up and then charged them again.even giving half star is more than their reality.
Hospital is nice but not big n fancy.i had been der for regular checkup.my doc was wangchuk doma.she is nice.she explains d prblm vry clear.hospital doesnt do laser operation for cataract.i got to knw while i was doing enquiry for my father-in-law. Inside the hospital dey have canteen, pharmacy, shop for spects and washroom.
It's a big hospital in sheikh sarai only for EYE but got really shocked and disappointed when I took my husband in emergency state at 6.30 in evening only to be told that hospital closes at 5. Atleast one attending doctor should have been enployed so that in emergency atleast firstaid can be given. One couple nearby was also hunting for doctor with their little child who got hurt in his eye. Sorry state in heart of capital city.
Very bad and worst hospital ever visites. Recommended me the number that doesn't suits me Highly unprofessional staff Even machines are also not in working condition Don't visit this hospital
Highly disappointed does not deserve even 1 star, please do not make mistake to visit this facility, very unprofessional behaviour, not responsive to any queries, they will simply check the eyesight but do not provide any information on it, no consultation no explanation just a written prescription. Don't know what's the use of Dr sitting there. Please don't waste your time and money visiting here.
I got very bad experience from money making Senior Dr. Abhishek I am 58 years old told him to give time for my cataract operation. He talking roudly charged me Rs. 5000 in name of tests and even not given any reports to me.
I visited Venu today. Unlike other Multi-Speciality hospitals and health care centres I learnt; Venu is completely dedicated and focused to one single aspect of medical field i.e. Eyes and eye care for almost 50 years since it's inception which is good. With all state of art technology, logistics & capable doctors and prompt staff I felt cared for. Venu was suggested to me by my office colleagues and a local optician who couldn't diagnosed (the vison issue I was facing) due to his limited equipments & subject expertise. Anyone who is personally suffering from an eyesight issue (children, elders) should make a visit to Venu atleast once. All the expenses here are reasonable. The first time consultation fee is Rs 500/- Just try to be early to avoid the rush (a normal norm for any public services).
Really poor service. Don't get yourself treated from Dr deboja. They charge 500 for eye test as they say on call, but when you visit the center and get your test done they will charge extra 500 to deliver you the eye sight number. They are cheating customers to cover their losses occurred during lock down. It's better to get the test done from some other center in less cost. They are not even charitanle.
This is the most weird hospital I have ever visited, I met Dr Wangchuk Doma for my Son, With all due respect to doctors I found her very strange, she was not ready to speak a word, In second round I think there was a junior doctor or inturn, he told me that your son need to get patch and few exercises he told me, then I met Dr Doma, she didn't tell a single thing and asked to get glasses and visit after 6 weeks, then I asked her what about the patches that the previous round doctor asked to, I got a strange answer that it's your wish, waise not required, or you can see, Post that she told me to have a second opinion, I told her mam I came here for the final opinion, but she wrote on paper 2nd opinion and suggested me to visit shroff, iq, or center for sight. I have never met a doctor with such weird behaviour. Never ever to go this hospital!
Don't visit this hospital even if they treat your eye for free. You will regret. Very irresponsible Dr. Abhishek and rough and inexperienced nursing staff.
Worst hospital, I will advice you all don't go for treatment here. I just have stye in my eyes and they did not provide proper treatment for this small issue I went for 3 months but nothing improvement and their staffs all fresher interns who actually don't know how to behave with patient. Dr.abhishek he is a worst Dr.ever I met, when i 1st visited him he gave me his card for his own clinic and told me to come there.all are money minded and playing with people's sight.please don't go here if you are care for your eyes.
I must say that i was really impressed with services at venu eye institute specially the staff on first floor where we report for the surgery. They look after you very well, very polite, courtious, helpful and brief you well. Service is really good and nurses and doctors are the best. Manoj atri
The worst ever hospital. Never ever visit. The doctors over here are extremely rude. Staff is good. They are even biased with community and check people status. They are so ill mannered that doctors don’t even know how to speak. The only motive is to take huge money and they say that we will only tell you what happens after surgery. Doesn’t even explain what is the problem and what will be the resolution or out comes.
A road side local doctor would be 10000 times better than them.
Good experience. Big hospital providing quick service. Well- behaved doctors & staff. Pharmacy & spectacles shop inside the hospital, Has parking- space. Best hospital for eye treatment. Keep up the good work!
Very good, quick and hassle free service. Well equipped with medical equipment to test the eye. Very good staff support. Thank u so much for such a excellance service.
Mr. Abhishek Dagar the so called head eye specialist has no time for patients. He is only intrested in making money and telling the patients to leave. He is least interested in talking to patients and explaining anything, rest all are his pawns.worst experience ever even worst than sarkaari hospital
This institute is divided into two sectors One is government and other is private. It is very clean and the staff over there are more polite. Talking about private sector the fee is high but treatment is done too quickly as it is not crowded. There are both interns and experienced doctors present to deal with your problem. There is also a pharmacy and optics shop over there so you don't have to worry about medicine or glasses prescribed by doctors. You can easily by medicine or glasses there. Talking about government sector.it is also good but little crowded as less fees are taken there and due to that you have to give more time for your treatment. But treatment is same as private. You can choose any one of them. The process of treatment is same in both the sectors. There is also a canteen over there for snacks or meals. And in terms of cleanliness I give it full marks. As it is maintained in a good manner. There is also parking spot there if you are coming by your vehicle. There are all types of machines available for treating your any type of eye problem. So you can trust on this institution for caring your eyes.
Hospital premise is big with all the facilities listed on menu.
There are some discipline issues though, like OPD timing mentioned is 9-5pm, but Dr leave hospital by 3pm only. Later reception informed if you want to meet senior Dr then you'll have to come before 2pm. They could have easily changed the timing to 9-2pm, but misguiding people in need to medical attention is pathetic.
Good experience so far. A big hospital providing quick service. Decent eye examiners and well-behaved doctors. Has a pharmacy and optician within the premises. Located next to PSRI hospital.
Very rude doctor.unhe apta b nai h ek patient se kese baat krte hai. Mai apne Papa ko dekhane gai thi, treatment ka to pata nai kesa krte.inka way of talking hi itna worst h koi treatment kaise karaiye.best wishes venu.mai to tweet krne wali thi but chor diya.
One of best places in Delhi where your problem get solved with expert advice, they don't compromise in quality, I have experienced, I suggest to visit this place if you have any eye related problems,
Worst service by doctor and hospital staff. Treated badly with patient after surgeryof my father. My father was heart patient knowingly doctor gave so many drops and medicine which is not suitable and as a result my father went on to critical condition. But hospital authority was least bothered about it and on revisit they gave more medicine. Looting patient by prescribing extra medicines.
Best facilities for poor family.but i request you direct management improved to help poor families to make treatment easy, Best Hospital for Eye Treatment. Everyone trying to efforts for treatment here
In our case it was told thatthat Dr. Wangchu will carry out the cataract operation. However without informing the patient and attended Dr. Daga carried out the operation. Hospital was deceptive and on asking to see the doctor, they insisted to visit on next day. This is utterly misleading and non professional way of hospital.
