I visited vetlab lab on 2nd october for various tests and I lost my boy on same day.but the services they provide are best in class at reasonable price. Doctors are highly cooperative and pet friendly. Dr. Poonam sharma is highly experienced. Staff is trained. Lab is very clean and hygienic.

God bless your beloved always stay healthy and he/she need not come here. But still, vetlab is the best if ever needed

Dr Poonam being best at what she does, suggested treatment keeping best interest of Chikku. I took a street Dog; Chikku for Blood Tests & Ultrasonography. On request the staff & Dr Maneesh Gupta was kind enough to provide concessions on the tests. May god bless their hearts!

Godd place for pet diagnostic services x ray and ultrasoumd. Neat easily approachable. U get parking with little effort with help of vetlab guard. Vets expalined to me the report in very easy way.

I took my dog for ultrasound to this lab. They were very cooperative and kind in dealing with my dog. Excellent services!

It wasn't clean and hygiene, there was ill pets was there, so u guys should hire someone for clean, brought right size for the dogs. I will never visit and suggest anyone

Making an appointment here is of no relevance. Reconfirming the appointment is an even worse waste of your time. Expect an hour+ delay in anything ever to be done here. Ultrasound machine breaks down during a test and guess what, more delay. Emergencies mean squat here. It’s sad that there aren’t too many options for pet diagnostics, hence their lax attitude towards customers and their time.

Also This is not a one time thing. I have an army of dogs which need to keep visiting on and off. Unfortunately, Every time I have been sent here in the past years, there has never been a time when the appointment took place at the time booked or some issue didn’t crop up. Never a smooth experience. Ever.

If I had an option of a place that respected time and emergencies I’d go in a heartbeat.

Extremely sad that female doctor who should respect ppl and furry babies is a very very judgmental person by nature (saw twice and felt too) Checking out clothes (hello Karl Marx), judging people who don't speak English, judging dogs and cats situation. Madam is qualified (but kya faida?) but manner less and poor (gareeb dil) from her heart. She was not even wearing mask (no covid precautions) and was lecturing others to stay back! Mam bhul gai ki kaha se hai.madam ji ye India haii. If you want to run your commercial business, you have to respect ppl because of US you exist. Time will turn and you will face similar situation because this society works on hierarchy and you are slave to someone and thinking as master will only keep you in delusion.
Small tip: - Try to respect everyone rather than judging ppl's background. India is a diverse nation, you want only posh ppl to visit (If so then put a board outside your lab) but madam ji aap bhi village se related hongi kabhi na kabhi.

I had a very very bad experience on my first day at Vet Lab, Hauz Khas branch. I had taken a pre-appt two days ago for the ECG and ECHO of my pet. Vet Lab had given appt at 1230 hrs on 05 Jul 2020. We reached there at 1220 hrs but the technician did not reached office till that time. He came at 1250 hrs. He had taken our pet in the room, but after 10 minutes he came out and told that the ECHO machine is not working. Then I spoke to Mr Maneesh Gupta, owner of Vet Lab, who was at his home, about the problem we faced at Vet Lab. But he replied in a very casual manner that it is a human tendency to come late in office. If this is the reply of a owner of an Institution, then what kind of service his staff will provide to us, can easily be understood.

Went to Vetlab (Hauz Khas) to get X-rays done for my pet who was suffering from urinary bladder stones. The report was very well explained to me by Dr. Shreya who also told me the possible causes of this condition. She was very calm and patient while explaining everything and was willing to answer all my queries. The place is well maintained, clean and hygienic. Would recommend for sure.

They have recently increased their prices and especially ultrasound prices from 1500 to 2000 during the lockdown period. This kind of business tactics aren't appreciated at all. Been there customer for more than 10 years now.

This is an amazing place. They are very knowledgeable in terms of animal diagnostic. The doctors are quite caring and they give accurate results.

The place where it is situated is good and there is not so much noise. The workers are trained at quite helful and i have a great experience here.

Very nice doctors and the way they put their efforts in diagnosing the disease is outmatched. Me and my husband went there for ultrasound of our Labrador dog as she was not eating well and depressed. One of the doctors (Dr. Ashish) scanned our pet and took even more than 20 minutes despite of heavy rush. He told us the reasons that might have caused increase in TLC and very well explained us. Thanks to those little findings he gave us. Now my pet is recovering and improving. Thanks to vetlabs. I hope they can provide treatment in future too. Parking can be a big issue there but in the end life of the pet is much more important.
