Good experience good staff. Mr. Dharamveer and the lab doctor were so patient even thou it was lunch time for the employee’s.

I’ve been using their services for many years, and in the past year or so, the quality has improved dramatically!

Good place, very helpful and most importantly they have all the tests which are needed for the well being of our furry friends

Came here for my dog’s ultrasound. Pretty good service, have clean area and the people are friendly and informative.

Most pathetic lab i ever came across twice got my dogs test done the result was no worms and the very next day he had worms in poop and after getting test from other lab he was diagnosed with toxocara have mailed the support team no response since past 10 days

I went there for my pet cat and dealt with Amrit he is professional in his duty and was helpful in clarifying the doubts regarding sample collection and nature of test.

We done ultrasonography, all the staffs are very cooperative and Lovable, they were take care our baby in a Lovable way, doctor also very nice and explained all the things with love, we are very very satisfied with this lab

I took my indie dog for the xray, this was her first time in life as she has never been anywhere.
The staff was so polite and helpful. They even cooperated with us so nicely as my dog was so scared that she was shivering so badly.
They patiently took her xray and handed over the reports.
The lab is super clean and staff is also very nice, overall my experience was great and I would recommend others to visit the lab without any doubt.

Went to Vetlab (east delhi) to get ultrasound done for my pet. The report was very well explained to me by Doctor.he was very calm and patient while explaining everything and was willing to answer all my queries. The place is well maintained, clean and hygienic. Would recommend for sure.

I visited with my pet their for blood test. It was smooth, my pet little agree but they handled well. Got report too in time.

I am very thank ful to whole staff especially Sonu sir and Rahul sir, both of them handled my pet so affectionately, god bless both of them.

Radiologist is not good. Doesnot know how to talk and no knowledge.ultrasound not recommended. Please get it doen somewhere else.
Also they donot give any aprons or gear to the pet parent during xray

It was not a good experience there. I had my cat with me that has to be taken care of immediately. But things did not go well. The staff is not good. Had to wait a long. I saw a female dog dying there in front of my eyes and nobody attended her. Really bad.

My Pets doctor took his blood sample at his clinic. And told me to submit in VetLab patparganj. He told me that result will come in evening and it did come in evening like he said. So according to my experience i am satisfied. I will have to get another blood test next week. I hope to get the results as quick as this one.

Got ultrasound done for my pug for blood in urine, and they said cystisis, but the problem did not rssolve for months. Then got the x ray done in Ghaziabad cfcu, and they identified renal stone dust and showed evidence with ultrasound. Means vetlab doctors could not interpret the ultrasound and could not find out stones dust. They charged 2000 rs for US whereas cfcu hostipal charges are 600. Exhorbitant pricing by vetlab and still no good interpretation. Disappointed.

Experience was really bad. Safety aprons were only given to the workers not the pet owners. The don't focus on what you say. They will just keep talking with some of their friends who don't even work there. IN EVERY BAD REVIEW YOU HAVE JUST WRITTEN WE ARE SORRY TO HEAR THAT AND WE HAVE APRONS FOR PET OWNERS TOO. YOU JUST SAY IT BUT YOU GUYS DONT DO ANYTHING REGARDING THIS.

We were treated with kindness and compassion when we visited Vetlab. They are quite professional and the best part is that they are a good human being who would care about the wellbeing of your dog. We are incredibly thankful to everyone there for taking care of us and our sweet dog.

Vetlab indeed provides great veterinary imaging and diagnostic services. They have a team of great techno professionals who make sure that you get accurate result for your pet. They offer lab test, imaging and specialized tests at a very competitive price. I availed their services some time back and I was quiet happy with the results. I will definitely visit the center again.

We sent Vet lab a sample from my dog regarding something we were curious and unknown for months. Dr. Manish Gupta and his employees were so quick with the results which was truly incredible. His speed and quickness got us quick results, now with the lab results I will try to treat my precious dog better knowing what ails him. Would suggest this lab to anyone as they are professinal and perhaps save your animals life. Highly advisable!

My dog was suffering from diabetes and he needed an emergency care. They were quite prompt towards their communication and the doctor immediately took my dog for checkups once I reached their center. They were quite wonderful and they treated as in a right way. I would like to thank VETLAB for the lab reports and the excellent treatment that they provided us.

VetLab is a great diagnostic center in Delhi NCR which offers medical testing for infectious agents, toxins as well as other kinds of other kinds of diseases that is found in animal diagnostic samples. I have tested for couple of blood samples for my dog when he was seriously ill and with their efforts I was able to save my dog. I would sincerely like to thank Vetlab and their team for their efforts.

I was suspicious to the fact that my dog may have a broken leg and assigned team member of VETLAB was quite prompt in doing the X ray. Within a span of few hours, I got the X-ray result of my dog and overall I was quite happy with the service provided by them.

Pathetic place. Pathetic staff. Never take your dog to this place. I would have not given them even 1 star if I could.

They need to work on there services, no empathy for animals. They should be prompt to see which dog needs when. My dog passed away waiting for his own turn. They should by default provide stretcher or any other service to carry the large size senior dogs. Answering to vet lab owner since I am not getting a option to write a new feedback. Isn’t so insensitive at your part to even make this statement? Dogs are animal and they can’t say what internally issue they are facing. Your management if they would have get some time from chit chatting on there personal calls and talking to there girlfriends, I am sure things would have been in better state. If you and me go in a hospital by default we would be offered with wheel chair. There should be someone outside of the clinic who offers these services where mobility issue is there. I haven’t heard of stretchers for dog. Who would tell me? If everything I have to ask for. Shouldn’t I be applying for a job there? Your all reviews state only apology mr owner but no action.
